Treehouse style 1-bedroom condo in Sayulita just blocks from the beach

The Treehouse is an open air, clamping style space. Not a true treehouse but it feels like one! The entrance opens to a large space that houses a kitchen, a full bathroom and bedroom with a 2nd loft bed up the ladder. The place stays cool with the ceiling fans and the tall thatch roof. Sweeping views over the treetops and out to the neighborhood are inspiring and create an outdoor living feel. The kitchen has everything you will need. Enjoy the shared pools and hammocks as well!

The space, called Casitas Eclecticas, has 8 different units, all unique in design and function, woven together by pathways, stairwells, terraces and a plant oasis.

Away from the bustle of downtown, while still in proximity to walk anywhere, the Casitas are a place to feel the mix of comfort and adventure, and be immersed in the outdoors. A 10 minute walk to the main beach and plaza of Sayulita, the Casitas are an easy access to small grocery stores, a tortilla factory, flower stores and coffee shops.

The property itself has several different entrances for guests, so even though its a shared space, guests have lots of privacy. The two shared pool areas and rooftop terrace are refreshing, breezy places to relax and enjoy and meet friends. The game room with the pool table is available for day use and the foosball table is fun for an action packed rivalry.

While the property is nestled amongst the neighborhoods of the South side of Sayulita, it is generally quiet. It should be mentioned that in the spirit of Mexico, neighbors might have a party that we are not aware of and therefore unexpected noise can occur. Also, do be aware that roosters and dogs are a common background noise too. For exceptionally light sleepers, please do bring your own earplugs.
