The delightful Casa Siete Palmas is located in the desirable north beach area of Sayulita. Built with traditional Mexican architecture the tropical bungalow nestles in lush gardens just above the pool and features an air conditioned bedroom with queen-size bed. It is attractively decorated with Mexican arts and crafts collected from all over Mexico. Access to the beach is a three minute walk and the town plaza, featuring an abundance of local restaurants, is no more than a ten minute stroll.
The house is a perfect multi-house combination when rented together with the lower unit Casita La Palmita and "Vista al Mar" to form accommodation for up to 6 couples.
Our property manager Jorge stops by after arrival to check that everything is okay with guests.
Casita Siete Palmas is located in a neighborhood of beautiful well kept homes.
Sayulita is a walking town but if you feel that you will need transportation there are several golf cart business in town.
Casita Siete Palmas shares the pool with three other casitas that sleep a total of six.
We had such a good time here and canât wait to come back! Robert and everyone who helped us were very nice. Perfect location and after exploring the town we are sure we picked the best spot!
Beautiful location and apartment. Veranda is superb. Super close to the beach, nice beach chairs and umbrella available to carry down. Really well equipped kitchen. We were so sad to leave. Bed is comfortable, pool so nice. Love this place. Highly recommended.
Great place to stay, close to downtown with the beach 2 minutes away. The casita we stayed in was very well appointed and perfect for 2. Good wifi. Beach Chairs and umbrellas. Good little kitchen and good restaurants nearby. Not a kid place, which I prefer. Private and secure. Awesome private patio.
We stayed for 2 1/2 weeks and really enjoyed the unit. The location was great. Truly a 10 min walk to the town square and 2 mins to the beach and no steep hills to walk
This is an upper unit so it is at least 1 flight of stairs up but they are very well lit at night. It has a large covered porch and you feel like youâre in a treehouse. It was great to watch the fireworks. We really enjoyed watching the iguanas in the trees around us while listening to the surf. If you are susceptible to bug bites bring bug spray. I had a couple of bites each day but my husband had none.
The kitchen is basic but we found everything we needed to make simple meals. The bed was comfortable and all the linens were good quality. The shower and bathroom are open to the garden behind the unit. We had a couple of questions while there and the team was very responsive.
WiFi was great. There is a tv in the unit but it didnât work while we were there. We would definitely stay here again
We are a senior couple from Fort Qu'Appelle Canada who enjoyed two fabulous weeks in Sayulita Mexico. We lucked into the perfect accommodation at Villa Palmas Reales just a walk away from the main action on a quiet side street and yet only yards away from the ocean where we enjoyed a sunrise barefoot walk in the surf every morning, before enjoying breakfast on our balcony of fresh fruits etc. we prepared in our adequate kitchenette. The main town and action center was an interesting 10-minute walk, and we loved perusing the offerings of local vendors and artisans whom we found very friendly and patient with our attempts at Spanish. Incidentally we were introduced to a cell phone app that makes translation easy. We would return to our hacienda, usually after tacos or a smoothy of which there are endless choices and I would take a dip in the pool to cool off before a short siesta, after which we would stroll down the beach where we enjoyed watching surfers catch a wave while dining at various first-class venues. While I enjoyed cold cervices my partner became a Margarita afficionado. We found Rob and John, the onsite owners, both retired chefs eager to answer questions and give us tips such as an out of the way wood fired pizzeria that we would have missed and glad we didn't. All in all, it was a perfect holiday for we two unseasoned travelers.
We had a beautiful experience staying here just on the quiet north end of town in a beautiful secure group of cottages with a shared pool. It couldn't have been a better stay.
