Guests will have access to the entire home and all amenities on the property during their stay, including the pool, outdoor areas, kitchen, living spaces, and laundry room.

A small number of locked closets are reserved for property supplies and housekeeping linens and are not accessible to guests. These spaces are simply used for storage to ensure the home remains well stocked and maintained for all stays.

Other than these storage closets, guests are welcome to enjoy the full property.

The home is located in West Lake Hills, a quiet residential neighborhood about 10 minutes from downtown Austin. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are the most convenient way to get around. Limited public bus service is available nearby via Capital Metro, though most guests prefer driving or rideshare due to the hillside location.

This home is located in a beautiful, tree-filled Westlake area surrounded by nature and wooded landscape. Because of this natural environment, you may occasionally see outdoor insects make their way inside, especially during warmer months.

The property is professionally treated for pest control on a quarterly basis, and we take preventative measures to keep the home comfortable for guests. However, insects are a normal part of the Texas outdoor environment and can sometimes occur despite regular treatments.

For this reason, refunds will not be issued due to occasional bugs.
