Enjoy our super fun retro ARCADE room! 6 beds that can sleep up to 9 persons. Conveniently located near stores, restaurants, and parks.

The house is centrally located near many fun and popular locations that Katy has to offer. Shopping malls, a fun water park, game centers, and yummy restaurants. The house is also minutes from major hospitals.

Our cool arcade room has retro arcade system, a Nintendo64, and a full claw machine! The living room has a big 75 inch TV for watching movies.

Please review the house rules below to help keep the home in great condition for all guests.


Check-in & Check-out:

Check-in: After 3:00 PM
Check-out: By 11:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, depending on the cleaning schedule.

Please note that our cleaning team needs sufficient time to prepare the home for the next guests.


Guest Limit:
Only registered guests included in the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. No unregistered guests without prior approval.


No Parties or Events:
Parties, large gatherings, or events are not allowed.
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM to respect the neighborhood.


No Smoking:
No smoking or vaping inside the home.
If smoking occurs inside, an additional cleaning fee may be charged.


Pets:
Pets are not allowed unless approved in advance.


Cleanliness:

Please help us keep the home tidy:
Dispose of trash in the bins provided.
Clean any spills promptly.
Do not leave food out that may attract pests.
You do not need to deep clean before checkout, but we appreciate leaving the home in reasonable condition.


Before Checkout:

Before leaving, please help us by:
Placing used towels in the bathroom or laundry area
Loading the dishwasher with used dishes
Taking out any excess trash
Turning off lights and locking doors


Safety:
Please lock doors and windows when leaving the property.
Do not tamper with smoke detectors, wifi routers, or safety equipment.


Damages:
Accidents happen. Please notify us promptly if anything is damaged so we can address it quickly.


Respect the Home:
This is someone’s home, not a hotel. Please treat it with care so future guests can enjoy it as well.
