As guests enter the home, they are welcomed into the living area. The space is furnished with a comfortable plush sofa flanked by two end tables with lamps, creating a relaxing spot to unwind after a day at the beach. Across from the sofa sits a large flat screen TV on an entertainment stand that also features a warm and inviting electric fireplace.
Between the living room and kitchen is a charming high top dining table with seating for up to four guests. Additional seating can be found at the kitchen island, making it easy for everyone to gather for meals or conversation.

The kitchen features beautiful granite countertops and an abundance of cabinet storage. Guests will have access to full sized stainless steel appliances including a stove and oven, mounted microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and a deep double sided sink. We provide all basic cookware including pots, pans, utensils, plates, bowls, cups, and silverware. If cooking is not on the agenda, food delivery services such as DoorDash, GrubHub, and Uber Eats are widely available in the area.

A convenient laundry closet is located in the kitchen and includes a washer and dryer, allowing guests to freshen up beach clothes or do a quick load before heading home.
