Perfect setup for large groups looking to enjoy the lake. This beautiful lakefront property features a large private dock, kayaks, a propane BBQ, and multiple outdoor spaces designed for relaxing and taking in the incredible lake views. The property truly feels like a hidden gem.

There is plenty of level parking for 4–5 vehicles and level entry into the home, making arrival easy for guests. Two bedrooms are located on the main level.

The outdoor areas are designed for gathering and enjoying the lake. Just outside the home is the first hangout area featuring a bar with refrigerator and a small portable fire pit. A bit further down you’ll find a comfortable lounge area with unobstructed lake views, perfect for relaxing with friends and family. At the water’s edge there is a small beach area and a large private dock with seating and lounge areas. The dock has plenty of room for multiple watercraft and lake toys, and the end of the cove typically offers calmer water for swimming and relaxing.

Bedroom #1 – Basement (Primary Suite)
King bed, full attached bathroom, and sliding glass door with access to the lower deck.

Important Notes

Due to county regulations, vacation rentals are not permitted to use charcoal or wood-burning grills. Guests will have access to the propane grill only. The deep pit grill and charcoal grill are not available for guest use.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire home and property during their stay.

Other Things to Note

Bass Lake water levels are highest during the summer months. During fall and winter the lake level is lowered, and the dock may occasionally be unusable. If dock access is important to your stay, we recommend checking current lake levels prior to booking.

Beach towels are not provided, so please plan to bring your own.
