Classic Charm meets Modern Comfort Originally built in 1919 and fully updated in 2019, this two-story home blends historic character with modern amenities like central AC and heating.

Main Level: Features a cozy living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a full bathroom with a classic clawfoot tub. The den includes a full-size bed, serving as an optional 4th bedroom.

Upper Level: Includes the Master (King), Guest Room 1 (Queen), Guest Room 2 (Two Twins), and a second bathroom.

Porch Living: Relax on the front porch swing or rocking chairs and enjoy the Garden District's quiet charm.

What an amazing house and host! This house is probably the best rental house we have stayed in. The house is so cute, comfy and welcoming and all the little extra touches were so thoughtful. Will definitely stay here again.

Our group had a wonderful stay at Samantha’s home. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. There were many extra touches in the home that sets it miles ahead of most vacation rentals. The space itself was very inviting and the outdoor space was fantastic for dining outside. We had 3 little kids in our group and they all enjoyed the space as well. Location is prime.

I went for my bachelorette since the property is a short walk to the main strip and other restaurants and bars. The host was super communicative and even set out special additions to help us celebrate!

Great house, perfect location

We had a great stay in CdA. The house was beautiful and had all we needed. The yard was beautifully maintained and came with lawn games, fire pit, hot tub, chairs, and more. There are even bikes, kayaks, and paddle boards to enjoy. We would definitely stay again!

Hands down the best host we have ever had the pleasure of booking with! The house was better than we expected and Samantha went above and beyond to make our stay special. She came over before we got there and turned in the lights and heat so we wouldn't show up to a cold, dark house. She even left us a delicious treat in the fridge! I've booked several times through VRBO and can without any hesitation say Samantha has been the best host. Her home is beautiful and has everything you need. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the home was spotless. The hot tub was perfect and the outside globe was so fun. Location was great, plenty of room for parking. We're already looking at dates to come back this summer! Definitely recommend booking with Samantha.

Great Stay

Super location and comfortable home. The hosts have thought of everything! In a quiet neighborhood yet we could walk everywhere - so close to downtown. The house was very well stocked and clean. Huge backyard area and great hot tub. I would stay here again - highly recommended!
