A community registration fee of $200 per reservation applies and is paid directly to Sunset Island management before or at check-in. Additional facility passes are available for $75 each.

Offseason hours for the indoor pool and fitness center will be posted at the clubhouse. Please check with the management office for more details.

• Purchasing Extra Passes: Additional Blue passes for Clamshell parking areas are $75 per vehicle. Please note: Extra passes are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
• Pass Duration: Additional temporary passes are dated and sold in one-week increments, regardless of your total reservation length. There is no shortened or prorated pricing available.
• Displaying Your Pass: Your parking permit must hang from the rearview mirror and remain clearly visible at all times while inside Sunset Island.
• Strictly Prohibited Parking: Parking on asphalt surfaces is prohibited. Do not block or park in alleyways, as these are active fire lanes. Additionally, the spaces in front of the clubhouse labeled `Condo A` and `Condo B` are strictly reserved for those owners.
• Towing Warning: Parking without the correct pass or parking in prohibited/reserved areas will result in immediate ticketing and towing at the vehicle owner`s expense.
Linen Service
▪︎ Fresh linens and towels are delivered for your stay.
▪︎ Guests are responsible for distributing linens and making beds upon arrival.
House Rules & Checkout Instructions
• No High School, Bachelor/Bachelorette, or Group Rentals – Family rentals only.
• Primary renter must be 25 or older; ID required for property access.
• No pets and no smoking of any kind (including vaping & cigars) inside the home or on the balcony.
• Grills must be moved to the end of the parking pad when in use.
• No parties. No exceptions – If unsure whether you’re a group, please ask before booking.
• Bikes & Beach Cart: These are provided in the garage for your use. Please return them respectfully upon checkout. A fee will be charged if any items are missing.
Checkout by 10 AM:
• Leave the house clean and tidy.
• Place dishes in the dishwasher and keep the kitchen clean.
• Please strip all used linens and towels, place them in the provided bag, and leave the bag on the front porch by 10:00 AM for pickup.
• Please DO NOT remove euro pillow covers, mattress pads, white comforter or coverlet
• Please respect all host property (including decorative items and bikes). Missing items will incur an additional fee.
Trash:
• Trash pickup is Tuesday and Saturday mornings. Please move the trash bin behind the garage on Monday and Friday evenings.
Laundry Guidelines:
• No sand in the washer or dryer. You’ll be responsible for any related charges. Charges may be up to $500.
• Clean the lint filter after drying clothes or towels.
