Originally from Cleveland, Iâve called Arizona home since 1996 and fell in love with the sunshine, desert landscapes, and laidâback lifestyle. I got my start in real estate as an investor in the late 1990s, then earned my real estate license in 2005 and brokerâs license in 2010, so hosting and housing are very much part of my everyday life.
I bought this Scottsdale home as my primary residence in 2006 and lived here for many years, so I know every corner of the house and the neighborhood. Now that Iâve moved to Phoenix, I really enjoy sharing this place with guests and helping them experience Scottsdale the way a local would.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
I became familiar with this neighborhood when I helped a couple of clients buy and sell homes here. I ended up purchasing the home on Minnezona and lived in it for 10 years. I still keep in touch with my neighbors and friends that still live in the area.

This home is one of just three original floor plans built by the developer in 1958, so you get true midâcentury character instead of a cookieâcutter remodel. It sits on an oversized corner lot, giving the property a more open, private feel than a typical neighborhood home.
A thoughtful remodel combined two bedrooms into a spacious primary suite, creating a comfortable retreat to unwind after a day out. The former front dining room is now a versatile third bedroom, so the home feels both unique and practical for couples, friends, or small families traveling together.
