The Rody - À quelques minutes de la vieille ville avec piscine chauffée, jeux, Wifi rapide et plus...

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad the size and layout of the house worked well for your group. We apologize for any cleanliness issues, but we would have appreciated the opportunity to address them during your stay, as we were not notified of any concerns until after checkout. Had we known, we would have responded immediately to resolve the situation. We take pride in how clean the home is and across all other reviews on other platforms we always have 5 stars.    Regarding the kitchen, we offer two sets of pots and pans, one of which is new that may have been overlooked. There's a lot of cabinets in the kitchen so maybe labels would make it easier so we will take care of that. We also appreciate your note about the dish cloths and will make sure more are provided in the future, but glad that we were able to get you access to our locked closet to use any additional supplies that you requested when we re-stock everything.    We value your input and are always committed to improving for future guests. We loved hearing that your stay was enjoyable though and glad the little ones had a great time!
