At 650 square feet, the cabin is thoughtfully designed to feel both comfortable and functional. It features two bedrooms, one bathroom (shower only), a fully equipped kitchen, and a washer and dryer for convenience during longer stays. The cabin comfortably sleeps 6–8 guests, making it perfect for families, small groups, or multi-generational getaways. There is also generous parking available for vehicles, trailers, or ORVs. One of the favorite gathering spots is the large screened-in porch — ideal for peaceful mornings with coffee, afternoon board games, or winding down in the evening as the lake quiets. It’s the kind of space that invites conversation and connection. Step outside and you’re just feet from the water. The property includes a private dock and swim platform, perfect for swimming, lounging, or launching your next lake adventure. Bring your fishing poles — Perch Lake is wonderful for relaxed dock fishing and family fishing memories. The calm waters are also ideal for paddle boarding and kayaking, offering quiet morning paddles and playful afternoons in the sun. As evening approaches, the west-facing view becomes something truly special. The cabin offers front-row seats to stunning sunsets that stretch across the lake in shades of gold, pink, and deep orange.
