Guests will have full access to both the main house and the guest house, giving you a completely private and exclusive retreat.



Other Things to Note:

Driveways and Gates: The property has two gated driveways. One of the gate remotes is currently being replaced and is temporarily unavailable. The other driveway gate is fully operational and can be easily opened and closed manually. Thank you for your understanding!



Pool Heating: Pool heating is available for a fee of $150 and must be requested at least 48 hours prior to arrival. (The pool is heated, but the jacuzzi is not)



Pets: This villa is pet-friendly! All pets must be added to the reservation, and the applicable pet fee will apply.



No Parties: Parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited.



Host & Maintenance Availability: We are available for maintenance requests from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Between 7:00 PM and 12:00 AM, we respond only to urgent emergencies. Please note that minor issues such as Wi-Fi, TV, or other small fixes are not considered emergencies. You are always welcome to reach out, and we appreciate your understanding regarding response hours.



Toiletries: Starter toiletries are provided to get you started. Please plan to bring or purchase any additional toiletries you may need during your stay.



Bugs & Critters: The property is regularly treated, but Florida’s subtropical climate may occasionally bring bugs or critters. To help minimize this, please keep windows and doors closed and store or dispose of food properly.



Backyard & Pool: The backyard offers lush, tropical landscaping for a serene atmosphere. The pool and yard are professionally maintained 2–3 times per week. Due to natural surroundings and wind, a few leaves or small debris may occasionally fall into the pool or yard between cleanings.
