Designed for spacious, inclusive living, the Accessible Two-Bedroom offers one King bedroom, one Queen bedroom, two accessible bathrooms (including one with a roll-in shower), and an open living area with a Queen sofa bed, a sleek kitchenette with premium Bosch appliances. High-end finishes, a washer/dryer, and a private balcony complete the experience of elevated living. Wide doorways, smooth transitions, and premium finishes redefine comfortable accessibility.

Housekeeping
To help reduce waste and support a more sustainable Stay, each Domus Flat is fully serviced and prepared prior to your arrival. Daily housekeeping is available upon request for an additional fee. Requests can be made through the Domus Flats app.

Pets
• Dogs are welcome at $125 fee +tax per pet, per stay (a maximum of one pet per room). Weight limit of your pet shall be 50 pounds or less.
• Service animals are welcome at all Domus Flats properties.

Packages
Packages weighing under 25 pounds are complimentary for guests if retrieved within 24 hours of delivery. Packages that are not picked up within 24 hours of delivery will incur a storage fee of $5/day. Packages weighing over 25lbs will incur a package fee of $10/day.
House rules
• Travelers must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction. Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
• All Domus Flats destinations are fully Non-Smoking properties. Smoking is not allowed in the Flat, on the balcony, or within any of the common areas within the Domus Flat Premises. Violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine, plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the Flat and/or linens.
• Quiet hours are enforced every night from 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM.
