We have house guidelines in place to ensure a peaceful stay for both guests and residents, including strict quiet hours from 10pm–8am. This home is best suited for respectful groups who are comfortable being mindful of shared-building noise expectations.

This is not a party house and is not ideal for late-night gatherings.

The home includes high-speed Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, and comfortable areas to relax or work. This second-level unit is accessed by stairs and is professionally managed to ensure a smooth, high-quality stay.

To ensure a peaceful and respectful stay for all residents in the building, please review and follow these rules carefully:

• No smoking anywhere on the property — $1,000 fine
• Parties, events, bachelor/bachelorette stays, or significant quiet hours violations are strictly prohibited and may result in a $1,000+ fine and immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.
• No extra or overnight guests without written approval — $100 per person per night
• Absolutely no pets (due to severe tenant allergy)
• No mail or package deliveries
• No rearranging furniture or unplugging electronics
• No loud music or noise after 10:00 PM — quiet hours are strictly enforced
• Please be mindful of heavy footsteps and avoid slamming doors, especially at night
• No early bag drop or early access
• Please turn off stove, oven, A/C, and heat when leaving the unit
• Keep noise low in common and shared areas
• Do not mix trash and recycling — subject to $100 fine

Failure to follow house rules may result in fines or cancellation without refund.

Security & Monitoring
• Exterior security camera is located at the building entrance
• Cameras record video and audio when motion is detected
• A smart noise monitoring device is installed inside the unit to track volume levels — it does not record audio or video
• There are no cameras inside the unit

All monitoring is in place strictly for guest safety and property protection.

All guests are required to complete a screening process and sign a rental agreement prior to booking confirmation.
