Tom and Hillery are real estate professionals with over 50 years of combined experience in commercial development and management. We bring that same eye for quality and detail to our vacation homes, ensuring every stay is seamless and comfortable.

We discovered St. Croix almost by accident. When international travel halted in 2020, we ventured here to bypass travel restrictions and immediately fell in love with the island’s soul. We were captivated by the laid-back island culture, the amazing local food, and the warmth of the community. We knew we had found our forever spot.

We originally purchased Mojito Hill and Splash of Lime in 2021, but as our family grew from a party of two to a party of three with the adoption of our granddaughter, we realized we needed a little more space to create family memories. That led us to Flamingo Palms. We’ve poured our professional expertise and personal passion into these villas, and we are so excited to share our piece of paradise with you.
