Relaxing cliff side stay

We enjoyed the decks, private pool, and ocean views every day and were lulled to sleep by the crashing waves each evening.

Beautiful Cane Bay

Beautiful property overhanging the ocean. Amazing view and in a great location within walking distance of Cane Bay. Our contact Kat was great, and we would definitely consider returning.

Great home base for a relaxed trip!

The house was great and as described. Kitchen was good to cook in, and the new owner has improved the bar seating setup mentioned in prior reviews. The outdoor space is a nice extension of the living space and got a ton of use. We also appreciated the beach gear - snorkels, chairs, etc - as we explored the island.

Great view and relaxation at its best!

This is a great place to stay! I really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony watching and listening to the waves coming in. The Landing Beach Bar was right down the road and the restaurant at Ama at Cane Bay was close by also. The Beach was close by and easily accessible, the communication with the property manager was great and it was a great relaxing experience. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone that is looking to relax while enjoying a great view!

Alan was an excellent host. He met us at the airport, took our party to the supermarket and then to the house. The views from the house were wonderful. I would stay here again when I come to st croix.

Great Views

Stayed for a week during a business trip and was everything that was hoped for to decompress. Ownership easy to communicate with and attentive to any need. Easy walking distance to Cane Bay and the iguanas come down from the neighboring trees to visit.

We enjoyed everything about our stay at this property! The house was beautiful, the views were spectacular, and the owner & property manager were very helpful and informative. The house is within walking distance of Cane Bay, a great place for snorkeling and playing in the water. We highly recommend this home and will definitely stay here again in the future!

Great location with a view.

This is a beautiful villa with a private pool. Location, Location, Location!

Can't beat this house for convenience to Cane Bay and walking distance to 5 restaurants/bars. Sitting on the porches you feel like you are on your private balcony on a cruise ship. Alan is an awesome host and the house is very well equipped.

Simply Amazing.

Alan is the best to work with. Property is pretty secluded, but close to many fun things to do on the island. Clean, roomy, and has amazing views off of the deck and balconies. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to get away and enjoy a little slice of paradise!

Truth in advertising!

I didn't think that this property could live up to the description and pictures -- but it did! The house was incredibly comfortable and functional and the views were unbeatable. The location is close enough to the Cane Bay buzz to be fun but completely private and quiet when it was time to go home -- the only noises were the crashing waves and the birds. We would love to come back.

Can't Beat this location

Enjoyed every second of this stay. We were looking for a place on the ocean with a pool and complete privacy, and that is exactly what we got. The kitchen was well equipped, furniture was comfortable, and everything was perfect. Communication was great with Alan, and Tamia was very helpful when we arrived. She gave us help on local markets and things to do. Already dreaming of a return trip!

Loved the location!

The location was fantastic! The house was very nice. It's a nice location about halfway between Christiansted and Frederiksted. The pool is nice and the views are phenomenal! The only issue we had was that the AC in the house couldn't keep up with the heat, even at night. Not sure if it needed service or what. Otherwise, fantastic stay!

We always love to learn that guests love the villa as much as we do! The air conditioner was serviced the same day we learned of the issue. While air conditioning is rarely needed because of the cool ocean breezes, the villa has a Mitsubishi high efficiency central air conditioning system for those occasional warm evenings.

STX stay at Estate Lavallee, Cane Bay

Our stay was wonderful! we were late arriving on the island. Andrew met us at the airport and had us follow him to the house. The house was just perfect- the views amazing and although it was hot during our stay we never needed to turn on the air conditioning as the breeze off the water was delightful. Some nights we just stayed in so we could enjoy the pool and sunsets off the patio. We found the Cane Bay location so convenient- great beaches and restaurants near by and just 30-35 minutes to Christenstead or Fredrickstead. we hope to return one day soon!

STUNNING VIEWS COMFORTABLE BED

Oh my husband and I were blown away! Waves crashing right outside to lull you to sleep. Beautiful home! We've been to St. Croix over a dozen times. Stayed at many places. This one is the best! You literally can suds up your hair in the shower and see and hear the Ocean crashing on the rocks below and see the horizon. We seen a giant Stingray off the patio. Everything was perfect!!
