BEDROOMS
This Vail Village condo has 5 bedrooms, with smart TVs in every room, and can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests.

Bedroom 1 – Primary Suite with king bed, an en suite bathroom, a kitchenette with microwave and mini fridge, a private balcony with sweeping Vail Village views, and a smart TV.

Bedroom 2 – A Queen bed with smart TV and en suite bathroom.

Bedroom 3 – Two twin beds with a smart TV and adjacent full bathroom, located off the dining area. This room has a slider door for privacy.

Bedroom 4 – Two twin beds with en suite bathroom, smart TV, and kitchenette (microwave and mini fridge)

Bedroom 5 – This bedroom features a twin-over-full bunk bed with a smart TV — perfect for kids!

BATHROOMS
The condo has 4 full bathrooms, all bright, clean, and fully stocked with towels and toiletries. Multiple en suites ensure privacy for everyone!

With this central location, you can enjoy ski-in/ski-out access, village nightlife, and scenic mountain strolls all without leaving the neighborhood.

There are plenty of ride share options in this area to get where you want to go. Reach out to your host should you need more information. Please be aware that homes at the Vail Village base do not include parking, there are no designated parking spaces. Guest will need to secure parking at a nearby paid parking garage for the duration of their stay.

•We will send you a link to your electronic guidebook upon booking where you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. We also include our suggestions for the best things to do in town, our favorite restaurants, activities, hikes, nightlife, and much more.
•This home is in a residential area and showing respect to the neighbors is very important. We expect our guests to respect our guest and noise policies at all times- parties will not be tolerated. If you are unsure of what might be considered a party, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help. Extra fees will be charged if these policies are not adhered to.
•Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $250 to cover the cost of mitigation.
•Reservations may be subject to extra guest fees.
•Early check ins may be requested the day of check in through your electronic guidebook. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it depends on our calendar and the cleaners schedule. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in.
•We do not allow late checkouts under any circumstances. The cleaners are very busy and plan their days ahead of time, we expect guests to be checked out by the designated time or a $125 charge will be incurred.
•To make your stay more comfortable, we provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. For extended stays, we kindly ask that guests replenish any additional items they may need throughout their visit.
✔️No smoking in or near the home. Smoking outside is ok but please keep a distance from the windows and doors.
✔️ Parties are not allowed. You are welcome to have a few guests over to visit but please let us know if you will be doing so.
✔️ Please remove your shoes by the front door
✔️Out of respect for our neighbors, please be mindful of quiet hours from 10pm-8am
✔️We are not able to accommodate late checkouts due to our cleaners busy schedules. There is a late checkout fee of $125 and potentially up to the cost of an extra night if it affects the incoming guests.
✔️Early check ins can be requested through your electronic guidebook the day of check in. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it is fully dependent on availability. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in.
✔️Please ensure you don`t leave anything behind at checkout! There is a fee of $30 plus shipping to have items sent to you after departure.
