This beautifully designed coastal home sleeps up to 14 guests and features a private courtyard pool, separate guest house, and a bunk room that sleeps 6, making it perfect for family vacations and group getaways. Guests enjoy private ShipWatch beach access just steps from the home, along with complimentary beach chairs and umbrella setup on the famous sugar-white sands and emerald waters of the Emerald Coast. This property was ideal for our family. The carriage house was great for my daughter, her husband and their 3 little children. Each bunk had its own TV and was easy to get to. In the pictures, the bunk room shows a couch, but there is actually a full size bunk bed. I would have preferred the couch or some sort of storage as it felt a little crowded and there was no place to put clothes. The pool was wonderful and the kids spent so much time there. It has a TV mounted where we put on their shows or music videos. The main house was spacious and the art work lovely. The one thing I would change inside is the table couch; while it is beautiful, it was very heavy to move and hard to get into and took up too much space.Although the listing does not say, there were plenty of toys, games, and books for the children inside and an entire closet across from the garage of beach and pool toys. The kids didn't want to leave and even after we got home are sharing how they miss the vacation house! The beach was close and beautiful. Overall, we were impressed by the property, the area, and the communication with the property management team. I highly recommend Palm Oasis! Thanks for an amazing vacation!
