-THE LIVING ROOM has a large comfy couch, which converts to a Queen pull out sleeper. A large 55â flat screen Smart TV for you to stream your favorite programs, after signing into your personal account(s). Patio sliders have electronic "black out shade", which is so nice when the sun blazes in!! Enjoy the view & sun, only when you want it.
-THE KITCHEN has a FLOOR TO CEILING PANTRY, which is a rare find, providing more storage for your personal items. The kitchen is fully stocked with items including; 2025 New Calphalon pots & pans, bakeware, a 12-Cup coffee maker, a Single Serve Keurig, a blender, knife block, a large electric griddle, and toaster. You'll find kitchen soap, cleaning supplies and a roll of paper towels, to get you started.
-THE MASTER BEDROOM: has a comfy Queen bed, with an on-suite private bathroom, with double vanity sinks and a walk-in shower. -THE MASTER BATHROOM: provides DOUBLE VANITY SINKS! Our two condos are the only ones in the building providing this added value for your comfort.
-THE GUEST BEDROOM: has 2 Twin beds, with a private on-suite bathroom and walk-in shower. A ceiling fan and a 32â flat screen Smart TV, for streaming, after signing into your personal account(s). This bedroom also has a "black out shade" on the window, which is really great for taking "naps" or for just sleeping in late. A blue tooth speaker, clock & charging device.
-BATHROOMS: each bathroom supplies towels, a hair dryer, Bath & Body Works soaps and a roll of toilet paper, to get you started on your vacation. Just bring your personal favorite toiletries and sunscreen.
- LAUNDRY ROOM: A new full sized stackable washer & dryer are inside the unit. Complimentary laundry detergent. I can't guarantee they'll always be there, because if/when people use the last of it, we may not catch it. We do our very best.
- BEACH CLOSET/LOCKER; Complimentary beach items for your use include 5 beach chairs, an umbrella, cooler, beach cart & beach towels for your days basking in the sun on the white sandy beach!

There is 992 Square feet of living space in this condo. NO MORE THAN 4 ADULTS, with a total of 5 persons. We want you to be comfortable, not cramped. Infants count as a "person" and are to be included in the reservation.

-PARKING: All Sea Winds condo guests have a $50 Parking pass requirement, which can be purchased at the front desk when you register for your stay. One (1) vehicle parking spot, per condo. Parking is a first come, first serve basis. No assigned parking.
-KEY PICK UP: Keys get picked up from a location that is only a half mile away and on your route to the condo. Easy pick up & drop off, directly on South Collier Blvd. NO EARLY ARRIVALS OR LATE DEPARTURES. IF the condo is available, the maximum allowable time is 2 hours early, or late, and a flat EXTRA FEE of $100.00 will be charged. (Must be coordinated in advance)
WE INVEST IN AN ANNUAL âDEEP CLEANINGâ ON ALL OF OUR CONDOS
-TURTLE SEASON is from May1st-October 31st. Renting during âTurtle Seasonâ requires patio lights off & condo shades shut/drawn, closed by 8:45pm until 7am. Significant fines are given by the Fish & Wildlife Management, if the rules are not followed. This fee will be the responsibility of the renter to pay.

We STRONGLY urge all renters to purchase "Travelers Insurance" in order to protect your vacation and your funds. All companies require you to purchase this within 24 hours of booking your vacation. If you choose not to purchase Travelerâs Insurance, the risk of any travel interruptions, illness, death in the family or other various lifeâs curveballs will be your own responsibility. â ïž â ïž SPECIAL NOTE: (ENTERED ON DEC. 13, 2025) There will be construction on the Sea Winds building, estimated to begin the week of August 3 2026 to November 1, 2026. The work crew will be visible, as they work on the balconies. Noise will be intermittent throughout the day, ending at 4:30pm, weekdays. The Sea Winds Balcony Project is being completed in accordance with the recommendations from the Structural Integrity Study performed in compliance with Florida law. The work crew will be working on the First and Second condo stacks. This condo is in the Second Stack. At times, the balcony could also be closed, intermittently. There will be NO patio furniture on the balcony during this time. Dust will probably also be visible at times during this process. The pool will be closed during the day, to about 4:30pm. Access to the beach will be OPEN. Rental rates have been significantly reduced during this project! Plan your vacation accordingly, so you can maximize your time on excursions and at the beach. A âHoldâ of $500 is placed on your credit card and returned after your stay, if all is well. (Lost keys, locksmith, extra cleaning, early/late arrival, etc., that isnât covered by the insurance)
Absolutely wonderful stay! Tracy is an amazing host and her condo was extremely clean and comfortable. It had everything we neededâŠ(She even helped us by mailing something back to us that we had forgotten when checking out). The balcony views are incredible. We hope to return!

Condo was updated and had everything we needed. From linens to kitchen necessities and beach gear, it had more than what we needed for a family of 4. Well stocked is an understatement. The location on the south side of the island was perfect and less crowded. Can't beat the sunset view from the lenai.
Best condo on Marco Beach and the owners are just wonderful. This is our 2nd year and always goes by too fast which means itâs an awesome time. The owners provided everything you could possibly need.

From the time we opened the door to the day we left, we loved the Condo. It was so beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and the location on the beach was the best.
Everything matched the description and pictures. It was extremely clean. Anything you may need during your week stay is in the condo. All instructions were clearly posted so there was never a need to call the host.
You cannot beat the location of Sea winds in Marco island. We have stayed here once before in another unit but this one is beautifully updated and has so much already available for your use- it was wonderful! Our family will be looking to stay exactly here again in the future.
We always love our time in Marco Island, especially at this beautiful condo. The view is absolutely stunning, and the condo is so comfortable. It has everything that we need and then some. Mike and Tracy are super-responsive and make the rental process so easy. We are looking forward to our next visit and are trying to figure out how to stay for 2 weeks vs 1!
The place was very clean and very nice. The host did an excellent job with communication and providing information on what the light switches do and QR codes for the TV and entering and leaving instructions. Great place to stay. And great location.

Did not feel we should have to pay for parking - have never had this expense at any other VRBO's in the past. TV in living area was not working - could not get basic TV stations. Was told by owner to scan the QR code on the TV for help. Was with 2 males who could not get any results. Usually there is a book with local information on restaurants and things to do in the condo - this did not exist here. Mattress in master bedroom needs to be replaced - very uncomfortable. Felt like we were sleeping on a waterproof mattress pad that squeaked when you moved in the bed. Great location and beautiful views. Grocery store close as well as shopping

To clarify a few points for future guests: the parking fee is clearly disclosed in the listing description prior to booking. All beachfront rental properties charge a parking fee in Marco Island.
Regarding the television, it was working properly before your stay and again immediately after checkout. I provided a QR code on the TV that links to a step-by-step instructional video, which you confirmed you used. I also encouraged you to contact me if the issue persisted, but I did not receive any follow-up communication, which would have allowed me to assist further.
Local restaurant and activity information was provided in advance as a four-page guide immediately after your instant booking, and the same guide is also accessible inside the condo via a QR code. There is no physical binder, as the information is intentionally provided digitally for ease of access and regular updates.
Concerning the mattress, this is the first complaint Iâve received about bed comfort. Had I been made aware during your stay, I would have gladly explored possible solutions, but I was not given that opportunity.
I always strive to be responsive and resolve any concerns as quickly as possible, and I encourage guests to reach out during their stay so issues can be addressed in real time.
Giving the property 3 Stars (out of 5) seems quite excessive, under the circumstance.
