Ocean front view! This private 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium is located at the popular Sea Winds building on Marco Beach, a prime location on the south end toward the Cape. This 11th floor unit offers incredible direct unobstructed western views into the breathtaking blue-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico to take in Marco Island’s famous sunsets. Your private balcony is equipped with a patio dining table and lounge chairs. Guests are just steps away from entering the white sand beach via direct gated access from the private building entrance with optimal convenience.

Kitchen was recently renovated and finished here November 2023. Features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Fully equipped for all your cooking needs.

All new mattresses, bedding, sheets, towels, and kitchenware have been added for your comfort.

The master bedroom is equipped with a Queen size bed and the 2nd bedroom offers two twin beds. The Queen sleeper sofa in the living area has capacity for two, allowing for a total of 6 in the entire unit. Bathrooms offer both a tub/shower combo as well as a walk-in shower. Three flat screen TV’s and a secure Wifi connection are provided. Washer/dryer located in the condo as well.

The Sea Winds has a private pool, hot tub, and tennis/pickleball courts. Your storage unit is fully equipped for all of the comforts needed at the beach and on the courts.

**Attention Renters - Spring/Summer slider project to commence on April 15th, 2024 replacing all sliding doors in the building. They have said they will complete 2 floors per week barring any delays. Project expected completion date is mid to late June. Guests can expect work around the building and noise while occupying a condo. We have blocked off time the work is expected to be completed on the floor the unit is located. If work is delayed and possibly impacting a guests reservation we will work to re-locate to another unit in the building.**

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a nice time at this dated condo. Great view easy to get to. The maintenance staff was very helpful and did a fine job when we needed them. Some work needs to be done on squeaking sliding doors. Just a matter of the owner caring. New kitchen was nice. Rooms were small. Harborview office hard to find even with the address difficult to see there sign.

Our condo was clean, well furnished + ready for us upon arrival. Office staff folks were super nice + helpful. I would definitely return next year for our winter escape from MN.
