Other Things to Note:

Strictly no smoking or vaping indoors. To keep the home fresh for all guests, smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the property. Any violation of this rule will result in an additional deep-cleaning fee, starting at a minimum charge equivalent to the standard cleaning fee, to cover professional ozone treatment and upholstery cleaning. A $50 replacement fee will be charged for any lost key fobs.
