The safety and well being of our guests are important to us. This home is professionally cleaned and sanitized after every stay. Please let us know ahead of time if you plan on bringing your furry companion! We like to let our cleaners know ahead of time to prepare for excessive cleaning.
For extra safety and security:
We have an exterior security camera at the entrance of the home(none inside or looking into the home)
We have sound monitoring devices that track sound decibels inside the home- this ensures quiet hours or being followed and helps reduce the risk of noise complaints from the neighbors!
ID verification is required prior to check-in. Completing this promptly ensures easy access to the property.
We also offer early check in (before 4pm, $30) and late check out (after 10am, $30). Times available will depend on the next guest arriving after you. While we always try our best to accommodate your needs, late check out/early check in are not guaranteed so please communicate with us if you would like either of these options and we will do our best!

1. Smoking and drug use are not allowed inside the unit, or in the hallways of the building. This includes vapes, weed, or other illegal substances. There is a $1,000.00 fine if discovered.
2. Parties are not allowed in this property, including loud music. There is a fee of $1,000.00 if a party is discovered or if a neighbor complains about excessive noise. Quiet Hours: 10pm - 8am.
3. We allow pets on a case by case basis, if you are bringing a pet, please let us know in advance and we’d be happy to accommodate. The extra cleaning fee per animal is 1-7 nights: $15/day, 7-28 nights: $160, 28+ nights: $225.
4. If an excessive mess is discovered after your stay, you will be charged accordingly on top of the standard cleaning fee. Please leave only 1 bag of trash in the can maximum at the property.
5. The cleaning that you pay for is to pay for how you find the home. Please leave it as you found it when you first arrived (more or less). If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently after you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee, price depends how long it takes to clean up after you (we hire 3rd party cleaners to come clean). We don’t expect you to scrub the home but simply pick up your trash and leave it decent enough that your mom would be proud!
6. Standard check-out is 10 am. Late check-out must be requested 24 hours before your checkout and it is $40/Flat fee. We will let you know what time we can accommodate.
7. Standard check-in is at 4pm. Early check-in must be requested at time of booking and is subject to availability. The fee is $20/hr. We will let you know what time we can accommodate. If you arrive early at the property without letting us know, you will have to wait until check-in time so please communicate with us beforehand.
8. Everything in the home is inventoried. We will charge for any missing or damaged items. Please message us if you need extra items we would be more than happy to assist! (=
