This is undoubtedly an impressive Lanzarote villa. Not only does it have a large south facing sun terrace with private heated swimming pool, the owners have added a roof terrace complete with jacuzzi. The views from this roof terrace are fantastic with the sea and Fuerteventura on one side and the Montana Roja volcano on the other. Its also great for star gazing. Another great feature is the comfortable settee and chairs under the pergola by the pool - a great place to sit and enjoy a glass of wine! Inside the villa is equally impressive with high ceilings and marble floors throughout. The lounge has a 65" TV with DVD and Internet TV system (incl all BBC/ITV/Sky Sports/BT Sports/Sky Movies) + collection of DVDs/CDs. There is good quality/speed wi-fi. All three bedrooms have air conditioning. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and there is a separate dining room as well as outside table and chairs if you prefer to eat outside. The villa is licensed as a holiday rental property. A truly luxurious villa makes this a holiday home you will want to come back to time and time again.

Fabulous stay in perfect villa.

Thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay in this beautiful villa. The facilities were fantastic from the private, heated pool to the hot tub on the roof with amazing views of the surrounding area. The villa was equipped with everything you could want. The location was perfect with a great choice of restaurants, bars and a supermarket within 5 minutes walk. We had a car so it was an ideal base to explore the island. We would love to come back and stay on another occasion.

Faro Park Villa

Villa and location were excellent with some nice restaurants and shops nearby . The area was nice and peaceful and had a good bus service which was close by to take you to the main drag. Would definitely recommend.

August holiday 2024

Spacious villa and pool with everything you’d need to enjoy your self-catering holiday. Hot tub and rooftop veranda a lovely additional bonus! Well situated with lots of amenities close by and also on an easy bus route to local beaches and shops a short journey away. Welcome pack and information was very useful for our arrival. Great communication from the owners before and during our stay. Would happily use this villa again.

Lovely Lanza Holiday

Casa Rosulida was a fabulous place to stay in Plays Blanca. The house was immaculate, the pool area and garden were spot on for relaxing. We really enjoyed the BBQ and surprised ourselves with how much we used and loved the rooftop hot tub. We really loved everything about Casa Rosulida and found it difficult to drag ourselves away from the private paradise it offered. We would definitely return.

A Week in the Sun

We have just returned from another fabulous holiday in Playa Blanca. The whole family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Villa Rosulida. The villa has everything that you need ,fabulous pool and rooftop hot tub with tremendous views of the Red Mountain. The villa is spotless and has everything that you need for a relaxing holiday. Would definitely return and recommend. This is our third stay on Faro Park and we find it an excellent base for holidaying in Playa Blanca.

Excellent stay in Playa Blanca

We truly enjoyed our stay in Playa Blanca and liked staying at Rob and Sue’s house. The check-in process was very easy and efficient. The house is spacious and the pool large and very nice. The house is in a good location, with shops and restaurants nearby. Rob and Sue are very responsive, and it was easy to communicate with them. Overall, an excellent experience. Highly recommended.

Lovely Villa with everything you need for a relaxing holiday

Stayed here in September and had a lovely relaxing two weeks. The villa has everything you need, both inside and out. A lovely heated pool made for a relaxing daily swim and for those in my group needing something different we had the hot-tub on the roof. Villa is only a couple hundred yards from supermarkets and restaurants - so nothing is too far. There is also a very regular and cheap (1.4 Euros) bus service into Playa Blanca for a wider selection of bars, shops and restauants. So all in all we didn't want for anything - other than not to have to leave. All necessary details from Rob (Owner) were clear/easy to understand and very quick to respond to my questions.. Villa manager, John, was never more than 5 minutes away if needed and attended regularly to check on pool/hot tub. I will coming back again......

Could have been better

Would love to have been able to score higher but some key areas let the stay down. Upon landing in lanzarote there was no one to check us in at villa check in, once we contacted them they were unaware of our visit and had to send a member of staff in to process our stay. Pool was uncovered, dirty and cold on arrival, this was sorted by management but took a few days for pool to be useable which was extremely disappointing especially for the children. As soon as we entered the villa there are clear signs of damp issues on two of the walls which we were not made aware of, had we known of this issue we would have opted to stay elsewhere due to obvious health concerns. Villa is quite tired and could do with a little updating. That being said, villa is in a great location and once the pool was useable is a great addition. Managers Kelly and Chris very helpful and easy to get hold of.

Parenthèse enchantée à Lanzarote

Si vous êtes en recherche d une maison au calme et proche de la mer, Je recommande la villa Rosulida, idéalement située dans le quartier de Faro Park. Très propre et très bien équipée, avec un propriétaire disponible si besoin. Couchers de soleil sur pierre de lave face à la mer tous les soirs à 300 m de la maison, merveilleux ! Une parenthèse en toute douceur pour ce Noël 2022. Nous reviendrons sans doute.

Great Villa!

Lovely clean and well equipped villa, away from the hustle and bustle of Playa Blanca but close enough to either take an approx 1 hour stroll along the front or catch a bus to the centre. Fabulous location to watch the sunset and climb the volcano too!

Great Holiday House

Fantastic property, great location lots of lovely places to eat just at the end of the street, shops etc. but still quiet and relaxing - not far to get into Playa Blanca too. We took advantage of local e-scooter hire too a couple of times, loads of cycle lanes everywhere. We loved the pool (kids especially), temperature was perfect, used a lot everyday! Really well kitted out house with loads of room, definitely would recommend a stay here, we'll be back.

Perfect Break

Really enjoyed our stay at Casa Rosulida. Communication with the owners was first class and directions supplied very easy to follow. The villa is well equipped and spotlessly clean. The heated pool was a lovely temperature to swim in even in February. The area the villa is situated in is very peaceful, but only a few minutes walk from the villa is a little parade with a decent small supermarket and a number of good quality restaurants. What more could you ask? We certainly hope to return one day

Our stay at Montaña Roja

Wonderful villa. The pictures do not do it justice. Big wow factor on walking in through the front door for the first time. Private and peaceful. Shops and good restaurants just around the corner if you don’t want to travel further afield. Any queries immediately responded to buy owner. Would definitely book again.

Very comfy and well equipped

Everything went very smoothly. The pool was one of best and cleanest we have used. Lovely comfy lounge seating and beds. Outdoor furniture a little tired but perfectly serviceable. Good TV for nights in and the odd cloudy day. Excellent holiday. Looking forward to staying there again. Thanks guys for great time.

I am an accountant and my wife a teacher and we live in Leeds, UK. We have two children Katie & Tom. We bought Casa Rosulida as our holiday home with my wife's mum and dad and decided to rent it out to help pay the mortgage.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This property is maintained to the highest standards. The garden in particular is my father in laws pride and joy and is well stocked with cacti, palm trees and beautiful flowers. Inside there is everything you could possibly need on holiday with a real luxury feel.

We bought in Playa Blanca as it is a beautiful town with great restaurants. There are also fabulous sandy beaches to enjoy the all year sunshine. The island is great to explore with live volcanos, caves, views, museums, great beaches and much much more!

Faro Park is a great area with peace and quiet combined with a great parade of shops with lots of restaurants/bars/mini markets and bakery within 150m of the villa

Apart from the fact this villa offers a heated pool, jacuzzi on private roof terrace with great views, Internet TV (with Sky/BT Sports channels, film channels), wi-fi internet, air conditioning, great location close to shops/bars/restaurants, for us you can't beat sitting under the pergola on the comfy settee and chairs, sipping wine, watching the sun go down or at night the pool all lit up!
