Good to Know:
The indoor fireplace and outdoor fire table are not available for guest use.
Patio doors include optional door alarms that can be activated for added awareness when doors open to the pool area.
Please note the pool is not fenced, so the property may not be ideal for families with small children. We recommend close supervision around the pool at all times.

Guest Requirements: To maintain the integrity of this private residence, the booking guest must be 25 years or older and present during the stay. A rental agreement and refundable $300 security hold on your credit card will be required to confirm your reservation.
