An exquisite, Italian-made spiral staircase—beautifully crafted and shipped directly from Italy—gracefully leads you to the third floor, setting the tone with its striking design and timeless craftsmanship. The third floor welcomes you with another expansive living room designed for comfort and relaxation, featuring a plush, oversized sectional sofa, perfect for unwinding in style. Step out onto the private balcony and take in serene bay views, an ideal setting for sunset cocktails.
This level also offers two beautifully appointed private bedrooms, each with its own door for complete privacy. One features a luxurious king-size bed, while the other offers two twin beds, perfect for family or guests. The bedrooms also boast a balcony facing the ocean, offering equally breathtaking views and a peaceful retreat to enjoy the sights and sounds of the water. A full bathroom completes the space, showcasing a soothing jacuzzi tub and a sleek, stand-up shower.
