All we can say is WOW, what a jewel this home is! It is perfect in every way. 3 amazing and comfortable bedrooms sleeping up to 6 guests, 2 cozy full baths, balconies on each level with stunning views, completely and freshly updated throughout, Lagoon & Beach, and ALL the bells and whistles! Crows Nest 1A is nestled in this small community down West Beach featuring the best of both worlds with Lil' Lagoon access AND Beach access. There are even Kayaks of all sizes and a Paddle Board Provided to explore these amazing waters! The kiddos will love to take a plunge in the community pool, just steps away from the door.

Starting with the Primary bedroom, you will find a King Size Bed, a Smart TV, and a Gulf View that will take your breath away every morning and evening. The Guest Bedroom holds a Queen Size Bed, Smart TV, and view of the pool area. These bedrooms are on the top floor sharing a large Full Bathroom, and the wash room featuring a full size Smart Washer & Dryer for your convenience. On the main level is the 2nd Guest Bedroom with another Queen Size Bed, and Lagoon Views from the balcony. The 2nd Full Bath is located just outside the Guest Bedroom and provides a beautiful, tiled shower. You will also find the Fully Stocked Kitchen for creating all your vacation meals, a dining area, and a spacious Living Area with another Smart TV, cozy couch, and Balcony Access to watch the sunrise and sunset each day while enjoying your favorite beverage. Down on the ground level, you can enjoy the salty air in the little seating area, find a few of the kayaks, and in the storage area are all the life jackets, paddles, sand toys, and beach gear you need.

*Beach Chairs & Umbrellas: Some Beach Chairs are provided with toys, and more. Then sometimes, guests leave behind chairs and toys they have purchased. If they are clean and in good condition, we will leave them for the next guests. Or, these items are fairly inexpensive and can be purchased at many local stores. Also, there are vendors that set up very nice beach chairs and umbrellas for daily or weekly rent. Just find an empty one or the attendant.

*All Bed Linens and Bath Towels are provided. A full list of what is provided and suggestions to bring will be emailed to you upon booking.
