Mercedes-Benz Stadium is approximately 30–45 minutes away, providing convenient access while allowing guests to retreat to the privacy of the estate.

This is not a small Midtown condo. This is a private six-acre compound where your group can decompress and celebrate between match days.

This estate is offered exclusively to verified guests who will honor the property and the experience it represents.

House Rules

To protect the integrity of the estate and ensure an exceptional experience for all guests, the following rules apply.

Occupancy — Maximum occupancy must be disclosed and approved at booking. No unregistered guests are permitted. The booking guest assumes responsibility for all members of their group.

Strictly Prohibited — No smoking inside the home or within 50 feet of the house. No firearms or weapons. No illegal substances. Violation results in immediate termination without refund.

Noise & Neighbors — Quiet hours are 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM. Outdoor music must respect surrounding neighbors.

Events & Gatherings — Gatherings beyond the approved guest count require prior written approval. Unauthorized events or additional guests may result in termination of the reservation and charges of up to $1,000 per unauthorized guest.

Commercial Use — Commercial events, productions, or ticketed gatherings require written approval and a separate agreement.

Property Care — Guests must treat the estate with care. No pets unless approved in writing. Damages must be reported immediately. Guests remain financially responsible for all damages caused during the stay.

Security & Access — Access information may not be shared. Exterior doors must be secured when leaving. Parking instructions will be provided prior to arrival.

Check-In & Check-Out — Check-in 3:00 PM, check-out 12:00 PM. Early or late times require approval and may incur additional charges.

Payment Terms — A $5,000 reservation deposit is required at booking to secure the dates and is applied toward the total stay. The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to check-in.

Security Deposit — A $5,000 refundable security deposit is required prior to arrival. It is held for potential damages and returned after checkout following inspection.

Property Stewardship — Guests are expected to treat the estate with care and respect. The booking guest remains financially responsible for any damages exceeding the security deposit.

Violations — The host reserves the right to cancel any reservation that violates these terms without refund.
