Your home away from home features two spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms designed for comfort and relaxation.

- Primary Bedroom: 1 King bed (smart TV)
- Bedroom 2: 1 Queen (smart TV)
- Living Room: Full-sized pull-out sofa

Indoor Living:
- 65-inch smart TV for you to sign into any of your streaming services.
- Updated kitchen

Outdoor Living:
- Spacious Screen lanai with dining space and a gas grill. We provide a propane tank, but you may need to fill it.

- Two bathrooms with walk-in shower, backlit mirror, and blow dryer.

- High Speed Internet/wifi
- Central A/C & heating, ceiling fans in living rooms and each bedroom

- Linens, bath towels, pool towels, make-up wash cloths

Parking:
- Garage (1 vehicle)

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire property via keyless entry.

Other noteworthy items:
- No smoking inside the house, use ashtrays outside
- No parties or events
- While we love your furry friends, we have decided, for the comfort of all guests, that no pets are allowed.
