There are three actively recording cameras overlooking the front and rear of the home. All cameras are on the exterior of the property

Absolutely No Smoking (in or ON the property) or Partying or there will be a $500 penalty imposed if this house rule is ignored. There is a strict NO PARTY and Smoking policy. Thanks for your understanding. Pets allowed on a case by case basis
-No smoking of any kind is allowed
-No parties or events
- Never give the door code or the gate code to anyone besides authorized guests. (Authorized guests are up to 6 guests specifically named during booking).
-No unauthorized guests stay overnight in the unit.
- Be sure all lights, fans, heaters and taps/faucets are off each time you exit the unit. Let’s all work together to conserve energy and our natural resources!
