With sleeping arrangements for up to 4 guests, including a pull-out couch, this condo is ideal for couples, small families, or groups of friends looking to explore the area. We have a full-size sleeper sofa located in the living room, as well as a queen bed in the bedroom. Guests will appreciate the convenience of in-unit laundry, as well as covered parking in a nearby garage.

To make the most of your stay in Traverse City, we provide two bikes for guests to use as they explore the area. Whether you're cycling along the lakeshore, visiting nearby wineries, or simply taking in the local scenery, these bikes are the perfect way to get around.

The Cozy Capri Condo features a full-sized kitchen supplied with all the essentials, making it easy for guests to whip up their favourite meals at home. After a long day of sightseeing, guests can relax in the comfortable living room, complete with a large flat-screen TV and a selection of games for their use.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Cozy Capri Condo is located in the heart of downtown Traverse City, just steps away from the city's best restaurants, shops, and entertainment venues. Enjoy a stroll through the charming downtown area, explore the nearby parks and beaches, or take a wine tasting tour of the local vineyards.

GETTING AROUND
Walking is most convenient. There is a dedicated parking lot outside the building that is first-come, first-serve, as well as a public parking deck located next to the condo building. Uber and Lyft are both available.
We provide two bikes (and helmets) for you to easily enjoy downtown Traverse City! Please note that guests use the bikes at their own risk.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
This is a strictly non-smoking property, including all indoor and outdoor areas.
Please note that you will need to walk down a flight of stairs to access the condo. Once inside, you'll immediately feel at home in our beautifully decorated space. The condo can comfortably host four guests when utilizing the sleeper sofa in the living room.
‼️Important Pet Policy: This is a strictly non-pet-friendly property. Pets are not permitted under any circumstances. Guests who bring an unauthorized pet onto the property will be charged a $250 fine.
