We only had a day in Traverse City and wanted to stay in town. This property was super convenient and a short walk to shops, restaurants and the water. Owner provided easy instructions on accessing the unit. It was clean, cozy and the perfect size for us.
Our stay at the Capri Condo was perfect! The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed. We truly felt at home. It was in a great location in Traverse City. We could walk to several bistros. Having a washer and dryer in the condo was a big plus. We would definitely stay here again!
This condo was perfect for our mini stay in Traverse City! The location was within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and the beach! The host was amazing and very responsive when I was having connectivity issues. We would definitely stay here again!
Property was wonderful, tastefully decorated and hosts were easy to get in contact with. The location is perfect, nice to be able to just park and walk.
This condo was so cute and clean! Great location and parking! We enjoyed breakfast at a little place around the corner called Benedict. Perfect weekend!
Jessie was great with assisting me over the phone with checking into the property and finding parking. I called him and he was available righr away. Location was great and the condo was prrfect for my daughter and I.
We loved the central location of this condo, and found the unit to be very clean and comfortable. Just as advertised. We hope to stay here again and hope to stay longer.
The lovely 1 bedroom/1Bath condo was perfect for our needs. It was close to the downtown, well stocked and spotlessly clean. Host was good communicator. It was an attractive condo and pleasant place to stay. But be prepared to pay the extra $20/day for the parking garage next door as free parking by the unit was hard to come by. We would stay here again
Great Property that was exactly as described in the posting. My wife and I are in our early 70s and enjoyed that we were within walking distances of dining and shopping on Front street. Building was largely empty so very quiet and relaxing. If I were to return to the area would certainly consider staying here again.
Limited parking was a concern.
Host was quick to get back to us with the couple of questions that we had.
Excellent stay.
We spent Friday - Monday at this property. Unit was clean, comfortable, nicely appointed and walking distance to all of downtown Traverse City. VBRO description and pictures are accurate. There are several units in this complex that part of VRBO, no issues with noise. Host was prompt to respond to our inquiries.
Clean, modern, comfortable, and convenient condo. First visit to TC and canât imagine a better location to hang out and walk to Front Street and the lake. Short walk back to the condo was needed and appreciated after over-eating routinely at local restaurants. Really enjoyed Poppycocks and arrived on the first night of their fall menu. Just FYIâŠ8th St is under repair so thereâs a few detours in the area but it works out nicely since traffic noise is almost non-existent. Easy check-in. Highly recommend
Was looking for a place to walk to restaurants and attractions. This was a perfect place for that. Downtown shops and restaurants were walkable and there were restaurants and shops right around the corner. There was a small lake and river nearby.
The condo was very nice, very clean. Had all the amenities we needed.
The owner was nice and very accommodating.
Beautiful well equipped condo close enough to walk to everything downtown has to offer. Parking is a bit of a hassle as you will most likely need to use the parking garage. The parking garage is right next door and very convenient but did cost about $25 for overnight parking.
We are so excited to share our condo with you and help you explore the beautiful area we call home. We have a young daughter who keeps us on our toes. We love to go boating, camping, and skiing. We enjoy exploring new areas but our favorite places to travel are Mackinaw Island and the Caribbean! Traverse City used to be one of our favorite places to visit, so we moved here in 2006.
