4 minutes from campus, but in a quiet country setting, facing Mary's Peak.

• Gorgeous views with floor to ceiling windows and skylights
• Well-stocked kitchen, with brand new appliances
• Two comfortable living rooms, with a pull out couch for one adult or two children.
• Indoor fireplace
• Office space with a desk, plus a queen sized floor mattress for two more adults.
• Laundry room
• Piano
• Outdoor deck with patio seating and a charcoal grill
• Fitness equipment
• Garage game room of ping pong and foosball
Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
3 bedrooms:
• Main suite with a king bed, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with shower.
• 2 additional queen bedrooms upstairs with a shared full bathroom and one more half bath.
• Pull out couch in living room can sleep one adult or two children, plus a queen sized floor mattress for two more adults.

• Short 60-mile drive to Portland International Airport and an hour to the beach.
• Enjoy neighboring parks, bike paths, and playgrounds.

• Treat our home with care and respect.
• Locked closets and the barn are off-limits.

• License plate, ID, and phone number required
• Renter’s Agreement to be signed upon booking
• Damages Deposit of $1000 to be “held” on a credit card seven days prior to arrival.
