3 bedrooms:
• Main suite with a king bed, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with shower, heated floors, and towel warmer.
• 2 additional queen bedrooms with a shared full bathroom and one more half bath.
• Pull out couch in living room can sleep one adult or two children, plus a queen sized floor mattress for two more adults.

• Fitness equipment in the garage
• High-speed WiFi over 1 Gig.
• Pack ‘n Play and High Chair available for little ones.

• 1 mile from Oregon State University, or the Corvallis Country Club
• 5 miles from the Samaritan Medical Complex.
• Short 60-mile drive to Portland International Airport and an hour to the beach.
• Enjoy neighboring parks, bike paths, and playgrounds.

• Garage fits two vehicles
• Driveway parking for two more

Guest Access & House Rules:
• Door code for easy entry. No keys to lose!
• Treat our home with care and respect.
• Locked closets and the barn are off-limits.
• No parties, pets, or smoking allowed.
• Hosts Ellen and Tori are available for assistance, typically responding immediately.

Booking Requirements:
• License plate, ID, and phone number required
• Renter’s Agreement to be signed upon booking
• Damages Deposit of $1000 to be “held” on a credit card seven days prior to arrival.

NOTE: Various wildlife live among these 22 acres including, but not limited to, bats, raccoons, foxes, skunks, and deer. It is wise to turn on the outdoor lights before walking outside at night. Also note that the ground is uneven in parts. Hosts and owners are not responsible for any injuries that may occur due to traversing uneven ground, nor running into wildlife.
