This two-bedroom Rancho Vistoso condo welcomes you and your guests to experience Oro Valley and revel in amenities like a shared pool and hot tub. Ideal for serious cyclists, this condo is at ground level with a garage to store your bike and tools and roads in and around the Oro Valley area quiet and perfect for early season base miles training.

You'll be conveniently located near the western foothills of the Santa Catalina Mountains with amazing sunrise views from the patio. Do some hiking or biking at Catalina State Park, just five miles away. If you're in the mood for some live entertainment, check out Gaslight Music Hall, and for loads of family fun head over to the community pool and spa, just a short walk away! In addition, there are many wonderful golf courses in the area, to include the Views in Sun City, El Conquistador Golf Resort, the Golf Club at Dove Mountain, and Tucson National, all within 15 miles from this condo!

Quiet and clean

This was a nice convenient and comfortable place to land while relocating mom and her dog. Love that they allowed pets and it was quiet and clean with access to the nature preserve and trails to walk. The management team was super responsive as we had to extend our stay a couple of times.

The condo was very functional and comfortable. The beds were extremely comfortable and the whole condo was very clean. We had a nice patio area in the back to enjoy on beautiful days. We also appreciated the full kitchen and got a ton of use out of it!! It was very well stocked and we had everything we needed to cook our meals. We will definitely book again when in the Tucson area!!

Great stay

Loved all the windows and light of the end unit. Very private. No through traffic because it is in a small cul-de-sac..Great wildlife viewing. Great biking, running, and walking area. Kitchen well equipped. It just needs dishcloths, new pot holders, and more dish towels. Loved it.

Great Condo

My wife and I just spent eight days in 113C. It has been updated and is very nice and in a quiet spot. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and most items that you need for preparing meals. It was clean and is in a great location to access the many attractions of Oro Valley and Tucson. It is close to hiking and the bike paths. We enjoyed the patio that faces an open space area that is loaded with birds and has a nice hiking path. We especially liked watching hummingbirds come and go from the feeder up above.

Perfect place! Beautiful setting and allows dogs

We have been to Tucson before to visit my husbands dad and find it hard to find a place that takes dogs that isn’t on the freeway. Everything about this was perfect! The quiet setting, brand new everything inside and a lovely patio looking out at the beautiful setting. Having a dog I loved that there was an easy way out to the backyard. We wish we had discovered this years ago! It is very close to where my husbands father lives. Absolutely beautiful neighborhood. Thanks for allowing dogs!

Stayed for 6 weeks in the winter. Excellent location. Great hot tub down the street. Sparsely equipped weight room. Furnishings well used but adequate. No instruction manual available for things such as pool location and garbage removal. Vacasa very responsive to any repair needed. In spite of a few deficiencies it was an excellent value.

Wrote a not-very-complimentary review of this place and vacasa didn’t post it. Dishrags, dish towels, potholders etc were torn and ragged. A drawer front was torn off the cabinet and barely hanging on; in fact, it fell off several times. The coffee pot had stains and some coffee grounds still in it. Overall, condo was great location and nice layout but housekeeping was abysmal.

I would give it 4 stars. Disappointed that they pool heater was not working. We were told it had been broken for 30 days. When we arrived the garage door had screws missing from hinges. Repair man came and fixed. Bed in second bedroom mattresses is worn out. Nice condo with great view, but some deferred maintenance

Internet and AC worked well. Staff were courteous and responsive. Condo needs work. Stove burner and microwave not working Sheet used as a bedspread. Springs felt on bed and was very uncomfortable Basic cable did not include movie channels or paramount for Yellowstone premiere. Noisy upstairs neighbors and no soundproofing of water pipes. No dvds we’re available to watch. Couch cushions were worn. Pool not located directly in this community setting as advertised. Walls need touch up and repainting.

No access code provided. Lock on door had been de programmed. Numerous lock boxes none of which had a key for the front door. Garage door opener was broken. Jonathon fixed the door lock and got a new garage door opener. Ina, not sure what furniture is new. Certainly not the sofas or tables or beds. TV maybe. Owner has chosen not to purchase HD package from cable company so picture on TV was bad. False advertising to say new furnishings. Couches are shot.
