Inside, you will benefit from the attention to detail right down to the artwork, furniture choices, retro Bluetooth record player, and Smart TV's in every room. The gourmet kitchen is sure to delight any chef with its full suite of stainless steel appliances and marble countertops. When you'd prefer to cook under the sun, a second kitchen is available outside with bistro seating.

Twelve Palms' bedrooms are equally inviting with their fun pops of color, soft linens, ample storage space, and effortless bathroom access.

A true focal point of the home, the incredible outdoor living space boasts a swimming pool and views upon views! Lounge back and gaze up at unobstructed mountain views of the San Jacinto mountains, as well as, the 12 majestic palms that stand as a reminder of the Palm Springs experience.

Beautiful house with an amazing pool! We read the reviews and the instructions and requested the pool heat be turned on before our arrival and they turned on without issue after confirming the additional charge. We are glad that we had the heat though, it made way more enjoyable for a January visit. Absolutely no complaints about the house, it was perfect and we would love to stay here again.

We very much enjoyed this property. The outdoor space was wonderful and the space indoors was clean and met our needs.We did wish there was some more clear communication about procedures in terms of garbage and towels, and checking out. Perhaps a binder of instructions would be helpful.There was some general property upkeep we thought needed to be tended to.None of this impacted our stay, and we would recommend this property to others visiting the Palm Springs area!

Lovely property in a lovely neighborhood

My two daughters and I had a wonderful stay! The home was well-appointed, spacious, and beautiful. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. We did not use the outdoor grill, but what a nice touch! The pool is lovely and there are plenty of lounging options outside. The unobstructed views of the mountains were out of this world. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and proximity to downtown was so convenient. The management company was responsive and helpful and the check in/check out processes were quick and easy. We felt well-cared for and we miss our little PS getaway already!

The shower drains (both showers) did not work and the floors flooded because it was a zero-curb shower - horrible. The backyard gate was broken and could not close or lock, which was a bit scary at night. The screen door was also broken, the toilet paper was cheap and there was no Home Guidebook to assist us with operating appliances. This house was not worth 500/night.

Great Home. Needs Maintenance

This home is set in a beautiful location and is perfectly situated for Palm Springs Poole days! There are three comfortable bedrooms with ceiling fans and televisions. The beds are comfortable and the living space is well decorated and spacious. It’s only a few minutes drive from downtown. We contacted customer service to see about heating the spa only, as it appears to be somewhat detached from the pool, but that wasn’t available. You have to pay 75 per night to heat the spa only. There are several maintenance issues at this home, including Pool tiles and concrete that are badly in need of repair, a rickety coffee table, some paneling in the kitchen that has come loose, and lighting in the backyard that didn’t work.
