With South Mountain right behind the property, this home offers excellent access for exploring the foothills and a plethora of hiking trailheads such as Geronimo Trail, Mormon Trail, T-bone Trail, and Ranger Trail. This is a great home base for mountain biking, hiking, and running, just a short drive to grocery stores, shopping, and many delicious local restaurants. Around the area, you'll find educational hiking trails to teach your littles about Arizona history and natural wildlife, plus there is horseback riding around the corner. On the weekend, enjoy the many golf courses a few miles away.

This spacious getaway offers a coveted open layout and features a Ping-Pong table for your competitive side. Whip up crowd-pleasing recipes in the well-equipped kitchen, anchored by a large center island with seating. Gather together for memorable meals at the table, then unwind in the well-appointed living area and watch TV, or kick back in the second living area and play ping-pong while the big game plays on TV. Excellent location and property

The property is conveniently located and has easy access to restaurants and hiking. The pool is nice, even with the heater was too cold to enjoy. The house is spacious and perfect for a long, relaxing weekend.

Awesome South Mountain property

This house is excellent! The back yard is an oasis and the fact that the house backs up TO South Mountain and not other homes is so nice. The pool, home layout, large rooms, awesome bed layouts, and even the towels are all luxury level. Not to mention the greatest shower head ever in the master suite. We’d stay here every time we come to PHX! Great neighborhood and incredibly convenient to downtown, the airport, golf, etc.

Almost perfect

Beautiful property inside and out. The only drawback is lack of local help. We had two issues that we had to resolve ourselves because even though Vacasa requested local help to contact us, they never did.

Outstanding Home, Million Dollar View

The floorplan of this home is perfect for our family with two bedrooms with king beds and two bedrooms with queen beds. Two great areas for watching TV and entertainment, and a great kitchen. We celebrated Thanksgiving here and greatly appreciated the updated kitchen and dual ovens. The backyard is excellent for entertaining, and while we did not use the pool, it would be a wonderful place to play.

Beautiful home

Very clean home! Our feet and socks were not left black and dirty walking around. Loved the toiletries and kitchen soap and sponge and laundry pods and dryer sheets!! Little things like that help when having a toddler!! Beds are super comfortable!!

MISLEAD BY ADD

This house is beautiful. However, in the description it states it has a heated pool. But it doesnt visibly or clearly state that it costs $85.00 per night extra to heat the pool. I had to dig to find that information after checking into the house and finding a freezing pool. They need to put that information under the description. When I called to get the pool heated, they stated it takes 3 days to fully heat the pool. The management did nothing to help resolve the issue. We also called after being on delayed flights all night to cancel night one, they refused because of the cancellation policy. Even though we only booked 4 days before the trip. We did not feel like they cared to do anything to help us at all. Its just al about the money for the management company. My 6 friends and I will all avoid this company when booking in the future.

Please accept our sincere apologies for any lack of communication regarding the pool heat. We did advise you that it will take a couple of days for the water to warm up to a decent swimming temp due to our cold nights and that we usually begin heating pools prior to guest arrival so they get full use of the pool during their stay. We asked you to call back if you still wanted heat at that point, and since we didn't hear back, we cancelled the request. Thank you!
