Bienvenue à Casita del Sol ~ une location de vacances de plain-pied idéale pour les familles et les personnes âgées, avec une superbe piscine chauffée GRATUITEMENT toute l'année! (Et emmenez vos bébés à fourrure avec nous ... nous aimons aussi vos animaux domestiques!)

Maison moderne, spacieuse et confortable de plain-pied avec 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains complètes. Maison Phoenix située dans la communauté de montagne très recherchée et haut de gamme d'Ahwatukee Foothills.

Superbe piscine chauffée super-privée (chauffage gratuit jusqu'à 90 degrés) sans aucun voisin derrière vous et une maison à un étage à gauche et à droite pour une intimité ultime.

La grande chambre principale a un lit King size, une grande télévision à écran plat, une salle de bain complète avec deux lavabos, une baignoire privée, une douche à l'italienne séparée et un grand dressing.

Les chambres 2 et 3 ont maintenant des lits Queen. La maison a également un matelas double haut de taille Coleman avec pompe électrique pour dormir davantage si nécessaire.

Il y a un beau parc sur la route avec des courts de tennis et de volley gratuits, une aire de jeux et beaucoup d'herbe pour votre ami à quatre pattes. 2 vélos de montagne et 4 raquettes de tennis sont sur place pour votre plaisir "actif".

Super proche accès à tous les magasins et restaurants. Facile à 25 minutes en voiture de la vieille ville de Scottsdale, à 15-20 minutes en voiture du centre-ville de Phoenix et à seulement 3 minutes des autoroutes I-10 et 202. Emplacement exceptionnel et magnifique quartier très sûr.

Maison équipée de tous les délices: café, thé, sucre, crème, splenda, épices et condiments, shampoing, revitalisant, savon pour le corps, détergent à lessive, fer à repasser, etc. Internet haute vitesse avec WiFi, télévision câblée HD et même des films gratuits à la demande pour mes invités.

La maison vient également avec un accès à mes 3 parcs communautaires HOA avec bains à remous, piscines olympiques chauffées et bassins pour enfants.

Veuillez noter que 50% sont réellement dus à la réservation. 25% sont payés via VRBO par carte de crédit, les 25% restants étant payés par chèque après la signature du contrat de location et l'identification officielle. (Cela devrait me protéger de la fraude par carte de crédit, dont malheureusement j'ai déjà été victime via VRBO.).

We enjoyed our stay in AZ. The location of this house was prefect, grocery store is just down the road, several places to order in or go eat. Enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub! Much fun was had during our week stay!

Thank you for making everything so easy during our stay. House was stocked, no issues, pool was perfect, and Jamie was available if needed. Would definitely visit again, we had such a nice time in AZ and the house was a perfect location for any travel activities. We already miss it and want to return :)

Great home and beautiful location in the foothills

House was super clean and great size. We loved the location, in the foothills so lots of hiking very close by. Only 1.0 mile walk to a handful of restaurants and groceries. Jamie was a wonderful hostess. Would stay here again!

Warm Relaxing Stay

The house was a perfect way to enjoy a break from winter in the Arizona sunshine. The house was comfortable and we enjoyed the warm pool and hot tub in the back yard. The kitchen had everything we needed including an outdoor grill. The house is near the 202, which made it easy to get around Phoenix, including some of the spring training parks. Communication with the owner was easy.

Perfect Winter Get Away

Home-location was perfect for our stay! Easy access the 202 Loop making it easy to get anywhere! Host-Jaime was extremely responsive to any questions we had. It was wonderful having a heated pool! The nights can still get a bit nippy- having the pool and hot tub allowed for enjoyable swims day and night! Our extended family joined us for a bit-very suitable for grandchildren! Would not hesitate to return.

This was a perfect home for my family! We loved the heated pool. The kitchen was stocked with spices and condiments. There’s a nice bike path close by and a nice park as well. This location was perfect for our weekend getaway! Jamie was so great to work with, always available if we needed anything.

Jamie was extremely easy to work with. The house was very clean and well stocked, she Even got us a new container of coffee so we could wake up our first day there and not have to run to the store for our morning coffee. The pool and the hot tub were utilized almost every day. The neighborhood has peaceful and very safe. I went on several walks and was never disappointed with the view and never felt unsafe. Great vacation can’t wait to go back someday.

Spring Break 2023

We stayed here for Spring Break with our adult children. There was something for everyone. Relaxing was on my list and I definitely did that. My kids kept up their fitness needs by riding bike to the park to play tennis. Plus, we were near golf courses for the guys to play, while us ladies relaxed by the pool. Highly recommend! Our host was always just a message away if we needed anything!! Can’t wait to stay again when the need arises.

Minnesota’s in the Desert

LOVE. LOVE. LOVE. We couldn’t have been more happy with our VRBO selection. Jamie was incredible with communication and very patient with me and all of my questions. This was our first VRBO rental and I don’t think we’ll ever go back to a hotel room again. Property is accurately described and is very private. The pool was magnificent. So incredibly clean and warm! We swam everyday! THANK YOU JAMIE for a wonderful family vacation and for all the memories we made!

We will be back!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Casita del Sol. The home was cozy, clean and stocked in a way that made it feel like home. Jamie was an awesome host. She was easy to work with and worked to make sure things were lovely for us. Which they absolutely were. The pool and hot tub are amazing! The home felt private yet was centrally located to most anything we needed. We had fun with the kids playing tennis at the park just up the street with the racquets she has at the house for guests. She even picked up a football especially for my son! So sweet. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and will be back soon!

Family Birthdays

The location of the house was excellent! Our family members live in the area, which was a plus. We had a birthday celebration for my 80 year old husband and our 11 year old great grand daughter! The house is near all of the stores that we needed to shop for party supplies. However, we realized that we forgot to get an ice cream scooper. Then we found one in the kitchen drawer. The house is very well stocked. The host was extremely responsive and provided great information! I would definitely work with our host, Jamie again!

Great house for two families, mountain biking heaven!

We spent spring break at this awesome house and would go back in a heartbeat! It was perfect for the six of us (4 adults, 2 kids), quiet neighborhood yet close to shopping, restaurants, outdoor recreation, etc. South Mountain Park trailhead is a 10 minute bike ride away where you can hop on the Desert Classic Trail and take that all the way to the Grand Arizona Resort and back. Fantastic 2 1/2 - 3 hour ride, petroglyphs, fun washes/gulleys to ride through, desert flowers and even some wildlife! There's also a city park (Desert Foothills Park) near the house with a beginner mtn bike trail if you have younger kids. (download the "MTB Project" app which has detailed information on all the trails in the area). Jamie has two new bikes at the house which allowed us to ride all over the neighborhood and on some nice paved trails near the Lakewood area The pool was just the right size for our group to cool off in after a morning of riding and was a fun hangout at night - very private. We also used the grill a few nights and played guitars on the pool deck with the palm trees all lit up, very festive. The house has three bedrooms which was perfect for our group, nice sized living room, dining area and kitchen with breakfast eating area. The kids loved having the option to download movies as well. There is also a washer/dryer which came in very handy. Jamie was very responsive to any questions we had and even left us a bottle of wine to welcome us to her lovely home. We definitely plan to go back!

Relaxing stay

My family of five spent a week here in March. The home is in a quiet neighborhood 15-20 minutes from the airport. The living room was comfortable as were the bedrooms. The kitchen has everything you will need to cook. There's also a grill on the patio. We ate our meals on the table out by the pool until later in the week when it unfortunately got too cold in the evening for that. We spent much of our time sitting in the sun in the back. It quiet and comfortable back there with plenty of sun. The pool was great. It heats up to a really nice temperature so it was not like some other places we've been to where the pool was frigid. My son and wife used the bikes in the garage a couple times to explore the area. There are plenty of nearby restaurants to order from and the grocery store is just a few blocks away. Communication with Jamie was excellent. She really made sure that everything went great. She even went above and beyond the first day. We got delayed at the airport and then were stuck a really long time at the rental car center. We had ordered groceries for delivery and thought we had budgeted plenty of time, but with the delays we got a notification that our groceries were delivered while we were still in line for our car. Jamie and I had been texting and when she heard our groceries were sitting outside, she drove over to the house to bring them in and put them in the fridge. That was much appreciated. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and I'd highly recommend this house.

Extending the summer

We planned our trip to Phoenix to enjoy warmer weather than we normally experience in November at home. With this in mind we rented a property with a pool. The weather turned out to be cooler than we anticipated but this property was perfect for us because in addition to the pool we enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit.

Great House Great Locstion!

House is really nice as Is back yard. Pool was spotless and so enjoyable. I had never stayed in the Foothills but we loved it. So close to anything you need. Owner was great to work with. We will be back!

Fun in the sun.

The property was everything we wanted. The kids and grandkids spent hours every day in the pool and hot tub. Jamie was very attentive and helpful. Would love to go back.

We loved it! Would highly recommend!

Our group of 5 had a great time enjoying the sunshine poolside. All beds were very comfortable, the large sofa in the living room was perfect for watching the Superbowl, the kitchen was well stocked with cooking and baking ware, and the hot tub was an added bonus for the night. The location was also close to a grocery store, coffee shops and hiking. Our group cannot wait to come back,we truly feel like this was not just the perfect stay but our host also made check in easy, and was available for quick questions.

Hi, everyone! I initially purchased this beautiful home in sunny, warm Phoenix to escape from the cold, dirty New York winters! At the time, I decided to offer up my home for vacation rentals to bring in some extra income (hey, every little bit helps, right?). I've since relocated to Phoenix permanently and live here in town.

NOTHING compared to the magic and beauty of Ahwatukee Foothills. There are desert mountains everywhere you look, beautiful palm trees and cacti - Ahwatukee is truly an art of nature. You must see this place for yourself. Ahwatukee was voted one of the top ten places to live in 2002 and 2018.
