Pets are allowed on a case by case basis. The host must be notified of the pet’s weight, age, breed, and whether it will be crated or not. A $100 pet fee applies, plus $25 per pet per night after the first 4 days. No one is allowed on the fire escape except only in the event of an emergency evacuation.

In order to help protect our planet and conserve energy, please ensure that all lights, appliances and TVs are turned off when not in use and when leaving the unit

There is no loitering allowed at the front entrance stairway of the building.
