Bay Views, Hot Tub, and a Private Gym in Birch Bay
A second-floor home on the edge of Birch Bay, with water views from the living room, the primary suite, and the pergola-covered deck. The beach is less than ten minutes on foot. Inside, there`s a gas fireplace, a well-stocked kitchen, and a private gym on the lower level â treadmill, spin bike, dumbbells, kettlebells, bench, and a TV.
It works well for two couples or a family of four. The layout gives you room without feeling disconnected.
What Makes This One Different
Watch the light change over Birch Bay from the living room with a glass of wine, evenings here have a way of slowing things down. When it gets dark, the hot tub is right there on the deck, pergola overhead, water stretching out before you, breathe deep, sleep well. Wake up to the bay in the morning, no agenda. Walk to the beach when you`re ready, or get a workout in downstairs before the day gets going. Come back up to a kitchen that makes you actually want to cook, and a dining table worth lingering at. A few days here and you`ll remember what it actually feels like to rest.
Inside the Home
The living room has a stone gas fireplace, hardwood floors, and French doors to the deck. The big windows in the great room present water views and sunsets.
The kitchen with granite countertops, a gas range, and stainless appliances create a space where making dinner is comfortable and connected. The main dining table seats eight; there`s also a counter-height eat-in table off the kitchen for slower mornings.
The primary suite has a beautiful king bed, French doors opening directly to the deck and hot tub, and an ensuite with double vanity and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a comfortable queen bed. The main floor bathroom has a shower/tub combo. A third bathroom is conveniently located beside the gym downstairs. There is in-unit laundry with full-size Whirlpool washer and dryer.
The Area:
Birch Bay is a small beach community in the northwest corner of Whatcom County â tidal flats, a slower pace, and views toward the San Juan Islands on clear days. About 30 minutes from Bellingham, close to Blaine and Semiahmoo, and not far from the Canadian border if a day trip is on the list.
The home is entirely your space while you are here. There are neighbors but when you are in the house you would barely know it!

The property has easy access to a quiet road, please keep your children within sight distance.

Our good neighbor policy is in the documents we send prior to your arrival, please read and adhere to them.
