One bedroom includes a private ensuite bathroom with tub and shower, while the second bedroom has easy access to the shared bathroom just outside the room.

The home offers two full bathrooms for convenience and privacy. One is an ensuite with a relaxing tub and shower, and the second is a shared full bath. Both are fully stocked with essentials you need for a comfortable stay.

☆☆PARKING☆☆



Yes, we have a free parking spot for you to use! Our parking spot is #4, fits one mid-sized vehicle, and is the farthest one on the left.



The spot is narrow, but fits most small and mid-sized vehicles (I have a Jeep Cherokee, and we fit just fine, but anything larger such as pickup trucks or oversized SUVs will not fit).



If someone is parked in the spot, check with the other unit renters in case they are parked there erroneously.



Alternatively, the West End Parking Lot is conveniently located across the street. Parking is first-come, first-serve. 45 parking spots. The Town of Provincetown enforces metered parking from May 1st - November 3rd, 7 days per week, from 8 am-Midnight. Parking is by the hour, and a 24-hour parking fee is $30.



We take great pride in accurately describing our home so you know what you will be renting. We realize that every group of guests has specific rental requirements, and what one group might love could pose a challenge for others, such as an exterior pathway with some steps up and down, or bedrooms on a lower basement level, so please review the listing prior to booking.



Being part of a quiet building in Provincetown, it's important to be mindful of noise levels to ensure a harmonious experience for all residents. Please be aware that noise might travel between the units within our building, and it’s difficult for us to control any noise from our neighbors.



Many of our neighbors live here year-round, and your vacation is their everyday home. They like us, and we'd prefer to keep it that way!



We kindly ask that all guests respect quiet hours and help us preserve the calm, residential nature of our neighborhood.



We use and love this home throughout the year, and we are delighted to share it with respectful guests.



We ask that you treat the property with the same care and consideration you would your own home and leave everything in the same condition in which you found it.

Property Service Notice



Please note that routine property services, including but not limited to trash collection and lawn maintenance, and landscaping, take place on a regular schedule. These visits may occasionally coincide with your stay and can occur at various times throughout the day.





There's no need to be alarmed if you see service personnel on the property. These routine visits help us keep the property well maintained and are often scheduled by the homeowners association or other service providers, so the timing is outside of our control. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us!
