Our condo was not ready at check-in kinda frustrating after driving so far and needing early check in also.. it was very nice area short walk to the beach and very few people everything was very clean the lighting is a little odd some works on switches wish there would have been a kureg for coffee

Condo was perfect. right on the beach and easy to get to. There were a few very Mnor things that might need to get repaired but nothing that would affect the quality of your stay.

Perfect Beach Get-a-Way

We stayed here prior to Thanksgiving to have a place that could have access to the beach and be close to the Navy base and this fit the bill perfectly. Lots of places to check out on the key and easy to get to Pensacola if you need to. Our place was clean and cutely decorated.

The condo was easy to access and a great location to relax for a few days. Everything was clean and prepared for us on arrival. Communication with the mgmt. company was very good both before, during our stay and upon check out. The kitchen appliances could use a little update, but all were used without problem. The balcony was great. It had a wonderful view of the gulf and was spacious enough to accommodate a table.and chairs, as well as other porch type chairs. Overall, our stay was a great experience.

Beautiful beach

Our first time staying in Perdido Key (we usually stay at Pensacola Beach). The beach is beautiful, the condo was nice. There wasn't much to choose from as far as restaurants and activities. It's a much slower pace than Pensacola Beach. But still... the beach and the water are beautiful, and that's what we went for. We had a wonderful week.

Great location for beach leisure and restaurants/activities without driving

Process was smooth, and the owners were very accommodating with check-in and check-out to fit our schedule. Property was clean and had really nice amenities. Access to the beach, boardwalk and business was top notch. The only cons about this location were about distance/direction from the road - the noise drowned out the sound of the gulf when in the unit. However, that was well worth the many restaurants and activities available a short walk away, and the immediately accessible beach.

The view, location and ease of check in and out was amazing! Beach was easily accessible and not over populated. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. The only suggestion is that all furniture including patio, living room, beds, tvs, dining table and chairs needs updating. Friends in the same building had much better furniture in their condo with same floor plan!

Great experience!

Enjoyed being in a smaller complex—no waiting for elevators! Would recommend adding an interior security latch or deadbolt for the entrance door. This would add an extra level of security for occupants of the condo.
