Soaking up the sunshine will be a breeze with the private balcony off of the main bedroom, beach access right outside the backdoor, and a covered deck complete with an outdoor dining area and views of the water. If you want to have a bit of fun away from the sand, take a dip in the refreshing shared pool or play a few sets of tennis on the courts nearby. When everyone has had their fill of coastal fun, this home has a fully equipped kitchen that will make preparing meals easy and the private balcony is the perfect place to sip a morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine as the sun goes down!

Property is amazing and a great setup to walk out on beach. Pool not the most inviting but you can make work. Plenty of beach items as well as games, toys etc. Will visit again.

Perfect Location and View

Our family of 4 loved our stay here. Close to everything you need, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle to really unplug and relax. The home was more stocked than described which was a nice surprise...we will be back!

Wonderful beachfront property

We had a family of 6 including 4 adults, 1 teen, and 1 pre-teen. The arrangement of the beds worked great for us, though a king size would be nice in the kitchen-level bedroom. The three bathrooms were well placed throughout the unit and a wonderful amenity for our large group, including one pregnant momma. The kitchen was well furnished enough for us to cook several of our own meals, though the non-stick frying pan should be replaced. The dining table that seats six was also wonderful for us all to sit together for meals. Many rentals only have tables for four. The two balconies and patio furniture were wonderful and much time was spent there enjoying the view. The Navarre beach itself is so beautiful and much less “shelly” than the Pensacola Beach. And staying in Navarre gave us easy access to both Pensacola Beach as well as Destin. Overall a truly wonderful vacation!

Lack of Pride of Ownership

The exterior is poorly maintained, this needs to be addressed with the HOA. The interior was updated for the sole purposes of VRBO as evidenced by the cheap materials and short craftsmanship. Other finishes were subpar as well. The unit presents itself nicely, but the details demonstrate a lack of pride of ownership. Overall, the owner needs to spend a week in the unit, experience the unit holistically and generate a punchlist to get the unit up to par.

Great Oceanfront Condo in Navarre!

We had a great stay at this spacious oceanfront condo! We were in town for our daughters beach wedding & many family members/friends stayed in the same complex. The proximity to the beach/ocean could not have been better. Loved the deck/balcony and taking in the beautiful views of the ocean. Condo was clean & well appointed. Great selection of drink ware, etc in the kitchen. Beds were comfy and building was very sound proofed! You could honestly not hear other guests unless you were outside. Our only suggestions would be updated living room furniture & a grill if the complex allows it. There were grills in the common area by the pool, but one at the condo would be nice. Vacasa was easy to work with & checked in on us during our stay. Thanks for the hospitality!

Very disappointed

The home was as described with a great location and beautiful beach. Kitchen had everything we needed. Nice layout. Unfortunately, the property is managed by Vacasa and they were horrible. The sand was heavy in the carpets and we actually pulled out the vacuum. A literal pile of sand in the corner. Couch and loveseat cushions are well worn making them uncomfortable. When we stripped that beds before departure, we discovered 2 large brown stains on the mattress pad. Eww. No idea what it was that we had been sleeping on. When we arrived on a Friday night, we put all our newly bought groceries in the fridge/freezer. Saturday morning we discovered all our frozen items were thawed. We called and they did send someone out in about 2 hours. He confirmed the freezer was not working but was unable to do more than that. He told us someone would call us later. We waited. No call. On Sunday morning I called again and was told they were sorry but the appliance person was out of town the day before! What?? The gentleman who came was pleasant and told us they couldn't reach the property owner. They brought us a small apartment size refrigerator late that afternoon that went into the basement. All our food was ruined. Vacasa offered nothing to compensate and, when I left a review on Vacasa's website, they deleted every single negative statement! The review that's posted is not accurate.

Just Beachy!

We absolutely loved out stay! Navarre is our favorite spot in Florida and we love to visit. This was our first stay at Beachview and it was great! The location is perfect and it is not too crowded like it is at condos. The house was stocked with everything you could need and it was very clean. We would definitely stay again.

This condo was perfect for our old friend's getaway! It had everything we needed for morning coffee and evening cocktails while being beautifully furnished and decorated. It looked freshly painted and well maintained.

First time coming Memorial Day week and it was so much fun!

It was our first time coming for a holiday weekend/week. It was so much fun! The house was clean and in a great location! The traffic wasn’t as bad as we thought it would be. This was our 4th time coming to Navarre and we will definitely be coming back again next year!

The place is nice and relaxing, very clean, it had everything you need, they would have to more attention to the garage area, there was a lack of cleaning there, the external part of the complex and openings, they need maintenance.

Big O Beach

Seamless home rental. Everyone had a great stay, a well deserved break from it all. The house was perfect. We were able to spend quality time together with our family and that’s exactly what we rented the property for. Very clean and well maintained. We’ll definitely do it again soon
