The Space:

Sterling Shores 308 is a gorgeously-decorated, three-bedroom, two-bath condo boasting stunning community views and peaks of the crystal-clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Guests will also enjoy the available beach service that comes with two beach chairs and one beach umbrella, in addition to shared pools with a seasonal snack shack!



With a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen-size bed in one guest bedroom, and double-size bunk bed in the additional guest bedroom, Sterling Shores 308 accommodates up to eight guests comfortably. Whether you are taking a family vacation, going on a spontaneous trip with friends, attending a special event or any occasion between, Sterling Shores 308 has all accommodations needed for a picture-perfect beach vacation.



Upon entering, you will find gorgeous hardwood floorings, rustic yet upscale décor, and furnishings, as well as a truly “at home” ambiance. The two guest bedrooms are on each side of the entrance, each offering a large flat-screen television as well as their own incredible touch of style. The guest bedroom to the right of the entrance offers a queen-size bed and is surrounded by a unique wall with colorful wooden planks, featuring variations of blue, white and brown.



The guest bedroom leads into the guest bathroom, boasting a double vanity surrounded by granite countertops, nautical décor, and a beautifully tiled walk-in shower. The additional guest bedroom includes a large mounted flat-screen television and a double-size bunk bed, complete with fish netting and a fun “Surf Shack” sign; the children will adore their own individual space to relax and unwind. Down the hall is the fully-equipped kitchen, boasting gorgeous granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, plenty of cabinets painted a lovely blue color to compliment the beach atmosphere, along with all utensils and cookware needed to create your favorite meals while on vacation.

Beautiful condo in Destin

We had a wonderful time in this beach-themed condo. It was very clean with a large master bedroom, stainless appliances, large bathrooms and great amenities. We were within walking distance of the beach, many restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location, easy process. They provided soaps, dishwasher and laundry detergents, plenty of dishes and glasses along with pots and pans. Love the pools and fine white sand beach!!!

Why stay anywhere else?

We loved our rental! We will definitely look to stay here again. I really don’t even want to tell y’all because then it will be booked up. Do yourself a favor and stay here.

End of Summer Vacation

This was without a doubt one of the nicest places we have stayed. I have been coming to Destin for as long as I can remember but this was my first time at Sterling Shores. It was very clean and well kept while being close to everything in Destin. My wife and I are already looking forward to staying here next year again!

Wedding and family vacation

This place was above and beyond what we expected!!! Our daughters wedding was this past weekend on the Beach at Henderson State Park and it was just a short drive there. This place was very clean and had everything we needed. It was just a small walk to the beach and so many places to go with just a short distance. We absolutely loved this place and will definitely stay here again in the future!!!!

We always stay at Sterling Shores because we love the pools, location, etc but this was our favorite condo yet. Plenty of room. Only thing I would add is some throw blankets. If there was some we couldn't find them. Overall, we had a great trip!

Immaculately Clean and Beautiful!

The condo was pristine. It was cute, the furniture was comfortable, and the beds had good mattresses. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our beach vacation. There was a limited supply of paper goods, so be prepared to buy more toilet paper. But that is a minor detail in a lovely condo. We would definitely stay again!

Amazing Vacay with Beautiful Views

We loved our Family Vacay!! The condo was very nice and spacious with comfortable beds. Pools very clean and beach was amazing. Loved the free Chairs and Umbrella but did not like that we could not see much of the water from our area due to All rentals taking up the whole beach 3 rows deep. Condo needs more seating outside and something to hang towels on on patio. This is our 2nd time at Sterling Shores, We enjoyed every moment and will return.

Great condo

Very spacious condo, lots of room to move around and not be on top of each other. This is a NON SMOKING PROPERTY… they take this seriously. My wife had to walk off the property to smoke. Fortunately this is only about 100 yards away. Also this part of Destin is very quiet after dark. The Back Porch, the restaurant behind Sterling Shores, is AMAZING! Great food and on par with other restaurants as far as price. Over all, we had a great time and I look forward to getting back to the glassy, clear water of the Emerald Coast.

The property was mostly clean, except for a dirty bandaid left in laundry room, and a very worn, dirty front door. There was not enough toilet paper and no frying pan to cook breakfast. Otherwise, a lot of other plates etc. Comfortable, but the floor needs updating as it is buckling apparently due to the humidity, sand and water, and could be a trip hazard.

Great location, exactly as described!

We had a great experience. The beach was a 2 minute walk away with perfect access to shops and restaurants. We walked everywhere! I didn’t know until we saw it but there’s actually two pools! One on the property and one on the beach that is restricted to just guests from Sterling Shores! The 2 chairs and umbrella came in so handy. Quiet neighborhood with quick access to night life! The unit was clean and had all the pots and pans and things we needed. We stayed for 4 nights and never ran out of toilet paper or paper towels. For those going, make sure you take seasonings, paper plates, etc. No complaints. We loved it and the view from the balcony was great!

Great location!

We love Sterling Shores! We have stayed on the property before. The things we like the most are the beach side pool with bathroom. Close location to restaurants, especially the back porch! We have owned rental property in Destin before so we know what a property should have. The things lacking in this unit were pots and pans. Only three chairs on the balcony even though this is a three bedroom unit capable of sleeping 10 people. Spend a little money and buy some balcony furniture. The TV in the living room was 42 inch. Buy a bigger TV!!! no Karic, coffee maker, I recommend buying a Keurig coffee maker. The unit was clean and the beds were comfortable .
