With a prime location right next to the marina of Horseshoe Bayou and just two miles from the white sand beaches of the gulf, this lovely Miramar Beach condo is the perfect place to celebrate your next vacation with friends and family! Follow the path from your condo to the Baytowne Wharf Village, featuring more than 40 boutiques, eateries, galleries, nightclubs, and family-friendly activities that include zip-lining, outdoor festivals, fireworks shows, and winter ice skating. Bike riding, kayaking, fishing, a spa, golf, a treehouse, and putt-putt golf are all located in the resort.



From the moment you step inside, you'll love the home's bright and welcoming interior, especially when you kick back in the living room's comfy furniture to watch your favorite movies and shows on the flatscreen TV. The overhead ceiling fan will keep the room nice and cool while you entertain your guests, and you'll even have access to the furnished wraparound balcony. There's plenty of room to move around in the full kitchen, and the stainless steel appliances and ample counter space will make preparing tonight's home-cooked meal a joyous affair. Perfect spot for a family getaway! The condo had plenty of space for our family of five, was clean, and well-kept. The location is unbeatable—right inside the resort, making everything super convenient and fun. We truly enjoyed our stay!Only suggestion would be to update the king size mattress (it could be more comfortable)

We really enjoyed our stay and think that we had the best view of everything going on. The room was great and had the most comfortable beds! The room is stocked with everything you need for a short or long stay. The balcony is massive! We will definitely be back!

Wonderful Location

The condo was wonderful! We noticed a broken handle on the back patio when we got there and notified management. They were so polite and kind! They were more than willing to send someone right out, but we opted to wait until our stay was over. We had so much fun staying here close to all the shops and restaurants down here!

Family getaway

Condo was nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay. Check-in process was contactless with entry codes given day of arrival. Would definitely recommend. Very close to boardwalk which was convenient for shopping and eating options. Only downside was could hear music in evening from restaurants or bars a few nights. I would recommend Condo.

Wharf Destin vacation

The condo was really nice plenty of room overlooked village . Great to get around everywhere in the area lots of fun shops. Everything in condo great except mattresses on beds (need new) just really uncomfortable . We really really enjoyed our stay it’s a great place for families . Pool area very nice also easy to get to beach rather you take tram or drive a car. Sandestin beach is very crowded didn’t like that as well .

Great location

I’ve stayed at several units in the village and this complex particularly as we go down at least once a year. This unit is great because it’s across from the stairs and on the same floor you park on so we did not have to use the elevator at all. A few cosmetic things that need adressing but overall a nice unit.

Perfect for family

This was perfect! My daughter and I usually stay on the beach side in Sandestin but thought we would try something different since we love coming across the highway to Baytown Village. We absolutely loved it and will plan to stay here from now on when we visit Sandestin. The kids, ages 7 and 4, loved the tram system and riding throughout the property. Going to the beach was easy and the pool was extremely close. We could sit on our balcony and see the village and hear music at night! We will be back!!!

The master shower head was loose and just hanging there and sprayed water everywhere. Husband had to tighten up. The bath soap container was broke could not pump soap out. Had to plunge the guest bathroom toilet when we got here just to be able to use it. The utensils I went to use were dirty. Our friend sat in a chair on the patio and the leg gave out and broke. They were all rusted and easily broke when sat in. He fell over busted his elbow. All of outside patio is definitely so worn out and mildew everywhere. Paint chipping everywhere. The couch is super stained. Looks disgusting. You just feel dirty. I am so disappointed in the maintenance of the unit especially with the price. It has all the potential in the world but it has not been kept up like it should be. The location is nice but definitely not good quality. We will not come back to this place to stay. We have more photos but can only add 8. Also have videos. So upsetting!!!

Nice place.

Overall a nice place to stay!! We were only there 2 short nights. The place was very clean. It has a nice balcony and tables if you wanted to have a meal out there. The balcony does get flooded so don’t leave anything out there if there’s a storm. A few complaints: Beds were not very comfortable. One towel had a colorful stain on it. :/ The master room ceiling fan did not have a pull string to adjust the lights or fan so you couldn’t leave the fan on if you wanted the lights off.

Great location! But . . .

The location was great but I will not stay here again. The beds were awful. I would have left and went to a hotel once I stepped into the bedroom had I been able to get a refund. The mattress has apparently been there for far to long when I can visibly see dips on each side from apparent age. This made for a miserable nights sleep for both my husband and I. Needless to say for this price I expect better!

Lovely condo in a great location!

What a lovely condo! It was the perfect size and location for us. This unit is located at the end of the hall and not far from the elevator; parking is also on the same level as the condo, and there are luggage carts available to help transport all of your stuff. The condo next to us was being renovated the week we were there (last week of June 2023), so there was no noise from neighbors. Rum Runners Piano Bar was downstairs not far from the second-floor balcony, but we didn't hear much of anything when we went to bed. The extra-large balcony was wonderful and the perfect place to watch the Tuesday night fireworks (Although if the trees were trimmed back a little bit, the view would be much better!). The tram service to the beach was nice; when you're dropped off, you only have to walk to the end of the sidewalk and down the wooden walkway, and you're in the sand. Having access to shops and restaurants in Baytowne Village was nice, too, if you didn't want to go "out in town" to eat somewhere else. All in all, we loved the condo! Would definitely stay here again!
