The Space:

Bright and upbeat, this newly renovated Gulf Place condo is the perfect home base for your next vacation to beautiful Santa Rosa Beach! Boasting brand new floors, countertops, beachy decor, and paint, this retreat will give you the perfect mix of comfort and style! This adorable little villa features an intelligently furnished open-concept living area that allows for plenty of familiar comforts while remaining space-efficient. Use the fully-equipped kitchen to serve up a spread of breakfast burritos at the breakfast bar then grab your beach towels because you've got a full day of sun and sand ahead of you. Speaking of sand, thank goodness there's an outdoor shower to rinse off under when you're back!



When is the last time you did some deep-sea fishing? Maybe it's time to book a trip with Dead Fish Charters, just five miles away. Before you know it, you'll have Cobia, Red Snapper, and King Mackerel practically jumping into the boat. If you want a little inland nature, be sure to stop by Grayton Beach State Park to take a kayak or canoe out on a coastal dune lake. You can also find trails for biking or hiking, go horseback riding, find great fishing, or put on all day picnics.

Internal stairs will not be accessible (please use external stairs). The daily timeframe of construction for the stairs will be from 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. Monday - Friday (possibly some Saturdays).

Relaxing beach stay

The property was just as advertised and spotless when we arrived. The host was responsive to all questions and needs. 2 minute easy walk to the beach and lots of restaurants and shops in the Gulf Place community. A/C works great. Would definitely recommend for a couple or family of 4!

Great place and great location

We have stayed at this exact property a couple of times and it is perfect for us. Super close to the beach, shopping and eating. We had one issue with the toilet but it was resolved immediately. I would suggest the owner look into purchasing a new bed for the primary bedroom because the one in there is not comfortable and small but other than that the condo is perfect!

Our stay was fantastic, zero complaints! Literally a five-minute or less walk to the beach. Shops and restaurants within walking distance. Our place was incredibly clean and comfortable and designed exactly like I want my own personal home - simple and clean.

My kids had a blast! It’s right across the street from the beach. There’s a lot of things to explore and do. Close by to shopping and eating. 3 nights was not enough time for everything… We will definitely be back again!

Cute unit and good location

Quick 4 day trip to beach before school started for my teenage daughter and me. It was a cute little unit for the 2 of us, was well enough stocked as we didn't cook very much. And a great location right across the street from the beach. Nice pool and hot tub also.. Clean and spacious enough for 2 or 4 people.

Nice place for a quick getaway!

We enjoyed our quick stay at Gulf Place Caribbean. The location was perfect right across the street with a short walk to your own private access. The condo faces the pool so you have to be aware of kids out there late and the walls are not sound proof with people running above the condo. However we loved the location of this place and would come back!

Gulf Place is the place to be!

My husband and my two girls (7 & 6) stayed in Gulf Place for five nights over July 4th weekend. We had such a great trip! The condo looked to be newly renovated and was decorated so cute! Gulf Place is the perfect location to the beach, shops, restaurants and more! The check in and check out process was a piece of cake! Vacasa was very easy to work with during the booking process. Great experience all around. Thanks!

I liked how close the property was to the beach, and that the condo had beach chairs for us. The pool choices were also nice. The temperature was comfortable as well. The back door was not very secure however, and the tv in the bedroom would not hook up to internet, so we didn't have service in the bedroom.

A few items

The property is under construction. That was never stated in the description. The interior was in good condition. The internet didn’t work for the first two days. The drier takes 4 cycles to get clothes dry. None of that really affected our stay. Still had a great time. Santa Rosa is a great place to vacation with the beach access and fantastic food.
