Our 30A Hideaway is the perfect spot to vacation in Santa Rosa Beach! Located on the ground floor of CABANAS, park at your door! With a secluded outdoor patio, this colorful dream space is vibrant with local decor! The unit has an updated custom turquoise kitchen with subway backsplash, new appliances and copper sink, memory foam mattresses, flat screen TVs, and cozy private veranda. The master bedroom is designed with shiplap walls, new wood flooring and a queen size bed. The hall twin bunks are the perfect tuck-in for the children after a day at the pool or beach. You are just 15 steps away from the Cabanas pool & hot tub and less than 200 steps from the secluded beach access. In addition to two additional pools, the property offers hot tubs, tennis courts, shuffle board, corn hole, walking trails, grills and all that the Gulf Place Town Center has to offer. Located just steps from the famous sugar-white sand and turquoise waters of Northwest Florida’s celebrated Emerald Coast, the colorful community of Gulf Place is one of 30A’s original new urban developments. The 25 acre community is located in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach on the corner of 30A and 393. Gulf Place was specifically designed to slow folks down with beautiful palm tree-lined streets, wide sidewalks, outdoor patios with large umbrellas, nature walking trails, plentiful green spaces and plenty of park benches to sit and enjoy the views. Great place even with error

I booked a staycation for our anniversary and everything was going well until I got to the unit and couldn’t find the code to get into the unit. It wasn’t in my spam folder either. I tried calling, messaging, and emailing to get into the unit but no one answered and it was before 10PM. Fortunately we live about 45 minutes away, so after 45 minutes of trying to get in we went home. I called VRBO customer service for help as well and there was nothing they could do except refund our money. After midnight I got a frantic call from Amy who was very apologetic telling me the refund was on its way and asking me to come stay Saturday night for free because it was already reserved for us. The next morning we went ahead and headed that way restarting our staycation. We got out there and the unit was very centrally located with easy access to the beach which was a short distance down 30A and across the street. It has a very clean and relaxing atmosphere which is just what we needed. I would definitely recommend this unit, just double check your email and make sure you get the check in instructions before it gets too late.

Great Property & Owner!

One of our favorite places to stay on 30A. The layout of the unit worked great for my family (my wife and I and our teenage son). The property owner has done an exceptional job of furnishing the condo. The condo itself is located in proximity to the beach, one of the condo pools, and several restaurants and retail shops. Our host was exceedingly kind and responsive!

Love the decor - such a fun vibe! The property was immaculate. It’s centrally located for shopping, dining, and spending the day at the beach and/or pool. Amy was friendly, accommodating, and knows the area well. We will definitely make a return trip!

My family stayed for a week and it was perfect. The beach was a 3 minute walk and the area has fun restaurants that are also walkable. The unit was just as advertised. We would stay here again.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this condo. It has a super convenient location on the first floor. Condo is clean, and had everything we needed for a great week! Amy is very easy to work with, and super responsive! We love this unit, and look forward to staying here again!

Great location & host!

We arrived in Santa Rosa Beach a few hours earlier than anticipated, and Amy gave us recommendations for lunch and let us know as soon as the property was ready for us to check in. The private beach access, pool, and hot tub were close and a huge advantage. It's small, but the two bathrooms make it feel more manageable. Would recommend!

Perfect location

Location is great, place is nicely decorated, clean, & safe. Good communication with the host. We also liked being steps away from the pool! Second time staying at Gulf Place and will continue doing so each time we visit Santa Rosa.

Everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Hostess was friendly and responsive. Would suggest providing a extra roll of toilet paper and a couple trash bags.

Ground floor location

We were able to check in early so that was great!! Only downsides we had is that they were using a leaf blower every morning at 7am to blow off the walkway right outside the bedroom in the condo so be aware if you are not a morning person. If you plan on cooking a lot in the room, I would bring some dishes from home. We had a few gnats in the room but that may have just been the time of year. Overall we had a great stay and enjoyed being on the ground floor so we didn’t have to use the elevator or steps.

My husband and I booked this trip for our first solo week-long vacation since our honeymoon in 2020. The condo is a great size and we loved having the walk out patio. I was so happy the owners provided a cooler, beach towels, and boards for us to use at the beach. Not having to walk back from the beach to eat was great for us since we spend all day on the beach. The community is very walkable and we walked to dinner and shopped multiple days. The only thing we weren’t able to get access to was the laundry room when another guest shut the door and a code wasn’t provided. Overall we were immensely pleased with our stay and hope to be back!!

Home away from home!

Beautiful first floor condo with direct access to the beach!! Host has all the amenities included in the condo and it is decorated beautifully! So close to restaurants and shops…all within easy walking distance. The beach is truly right across the street and the pool is right outside your glass sliding door. The patio area is so cozy for enjoying a morning coffee or a night outside under the stars. Laundry is right down the hall. Host was very responsive and helped with all of our needs. Would love to stay here again next time we are in the area!

We hail from The Lone Star State, and are very proud to be natives of that country. We used to vacation at beaches in Texas until we discovered the Emerald Coast. After that discovery, we have come to really love this part of the world and spend as much time here as possible!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We have owned in Okaloosa and Walton county since 1991, and enjoy sharing this beautiful area with others. When this special customized unit became available, we jumped on it. It is the perfect location with something for everyone. Proximity to the Beach and Pool were the most important to us. This Gulf Place Ground Floor unit is also adjacent to the "The Green" where activities and music abound. The Cabanas building is the closest of many to the Beach and is an easy walk to shopping and wonderful diverse choices for dining. It was a no-brainer for us to purchase this beautiful unit for our own use as well as for our Guests' enjoyment.

Once you park by the door and take your things right inside, you never have to get into your car again! Food, Fun and Sun abound out your door. Until it's time to return to your real world, snuggle in and Enjoy!. We think you'll come back soon!!
