The Space:

Azure 204 is a vibrant, upscale condo, offering a great getaway from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. This spacious four-bedroom, three-bath condo offers everything you need to enjoy your time away from home. With a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen-size bed in two guest bedrooms, a twin-size bunk bed in the additional guest bedroom, and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room, Azure 204 accommodates up to 10 guests comfortably. Upon entering this welcoming second-floor condo, you will find two guest bedrooms on the left and one guest bedroom on the right, providing plenty of space for the whole family. The guest bedroom closest to the entryway offers a queen size bed and shares a bathroom with the additional guest bedroom on the left, which offers twin bunk beds. The guest bedroom on the right features a queen size bed and a private bath. Each guest bedroom offers a large flat-screen television and DVD player for endless entertainment. Enjoy an in-unit washer and dryer combination as well, allowing you and your guests to pack lightly to leave plenty of space for souvenirs. The fully-equipped kitchen features floral surroundings, granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, along with all utensils and cookware needed to create your favorite chef-inspired meals while on vacation. The dining table seats six guests and there are four additional bar stools by the kitchen breakfast bar. Step into the inviting living room, offering matching floral décor and comfortable furnishings, as well as a large flat-screen television and DVD player.

This condo is Amazing!! It had everything we needed for a relaxing trip!! We will definitely be back!! I have stayed in a lot of Condos but this one is the best so far! It was spacious and clean!

Pretty clean, needed more towels/washclothes, but provided all the starters needed, ie laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher detergent). Plenty of space for our large family and beautiful balcony with the ocean view. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice Family Escape

Plenty of room for family of 8. Kitchen is well stocked with appliances and dinnerware. Beautiful view from master bedroom, kitchen, and living room. Really liked the balcony with plenty of chairs and table without being crowded. Furniture is nice and beds were very comfortable for everyone.

Family Vacation

We had a good stay at Azure for our family vacation. We’ve been coming to Azure since 2008. The condos are all nice! This one was no different but I gave 4 stars overall due to a couple of things: 1. The condo seems to be ran by Vacasa so you don’t talk to the owner directly. The response times were long so if you need something it’s easier to just go see the concierge desk. The Vacasa response team was nice but just very slow to reply. 2. The room is clean but the furniture is fairly broken down in this unit just from being older. 3. There is black mold under the master bathroom sink. It made us wonder how much is behind the wall if it’s already showing through the Inside surface of the cabinet. But overall the stay was great and the location is fantastic with such a beautiful beach!

Lovely room

Everything was great with the room. Beds comfy, clean room, large balcony, amazing views. Except whenever the AC was on, there was a very loud hum/rattle. I reached out to the vacasa. They had maintenance man come to check it. He checked it and left but didn't tell us anything, and it wasn't fixed. No one followed up with me. I reached out to vacasa again. They said that there was nothing wrong with the AC and there was nothing they could do about the loud noise. Vacasa needs to improve their follow-up and communication. Vacasa also said they would get back with me on any sort of partial refund or credit for this but they never did.

A lot of positives but a huge negative...

This is not the 1st time we have stayed at this resort. There are a lot of positives. The location and proximity to the beach is great. We love the 2 pools and the splash pad for the kids. In fact, the splash pad and pools were one of the big things that led us back to this property. And...the daily rental for 2 beach chairs and an umbrella came with the condo and we were very pleased with that. The huge negative we experienced is that this unit was absolutely filthy. There was hair in the bathroom sink upon arrival. We let that go until we saw our feet after walking around the condo. To say they were dirty would be a misrepresentation. They were black with dirt. We wound up trying to figure out where it was coming from. After wiping the tile, we came to the conclusion that it was the rugs and carpet. My son's socks were black also. He wound up throwing them out. After that, we made it a point to keep our shoes on while in the condo, especially on the toddler we had with us. The filth made us wary of the furniture and everything else there. So, while I really like the resort and the positive things about it as mentioned above, I can't say we will go back. We left with a bad taste in our mouth about it. I think I'll look harder next time and try somewhere else.
