With new furnishings, all-new décor, fresh paint throughout and awesome balcony furniture to enjoy the stunning view, Waters Edge 509 on Okaloosa Island can easily become your favorite vacation go-to. Upon entering this 1,231 square-foot condo, you will find a guest bedroom on the right with a twin-size bunk bed with a flat-screen television, ideal for children or additional guests to relax and unwind in their own space. The guest bedroom on the left of the entrance includes a queen-size bed as well as a large flat-screen television and DVD player for endless entertainment. The guest bathroom is accessible from the hallway and offers a single vanity with a tub/shower combination. The short hallway leads to the fully-equipped kitchen on the right, featuring beautiful granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances, plenty of storage space, along with all utensils and cookware needed to create your favorite chef-inspired meals while on vacation. A washer and dryer combination is nestled off the kitchen, allowing you and your guests to pack lightly to leave plenty of space for souvenirs.
