Hi, Jennifer. Thank you for providing us with this valuable feedback. While the kitchen is stocked with all the cookware and utensils needed to prepare meals, food and other pantry items like coffee and tea are not typically stocked in the home. We encourage guests to plan ahead if they anticipate needing additional items during their stay. I am so sorry to hear about all the difficulties you experienced during your stay. It must have been incredibly frustrating to have so many things not working properly or inaccessible. It's disappointing that you were not able to fully enjoy the amenities that were advertised and that you encountered so many inconveniences. I can understand how all of these issues would have put a damper on your trip. Our local operations manager confirmed that the toilet paper holder has been repaired. Your experience is certainly not what we want for our guests, and I apologize for the inconvenience you faced. Please know that we take your feedback seriously and will work to address these issues to ensure a more pleasant experience for future guests.
