The Space:

Enjoy making the best beach memories in this spacious, second-floor condo located in Miramar Beach. As soon as you step inside, you'll admire the gorgeous decor and spacious atmosphere that will make you and your guests feel at home. The well-equipped kitchen and dining area are perfect for gathering together to create culinary masterpieces and talk over the day's activities. Stainless steel appliances will make cooking and snack preparing time a breeze. Take advantage of the blender provided to treat your guests with delicious and refreshing cocktails. The dining table has space for up to four people and the breakfast bar offers four more stools.



Unwind in the living room equipped with a ceiling fan, two armchairs, a sofa, and a large TV for cable. Or if you'd like to enjoy the refreshing ocean breeze, step outside to the private balcony offering spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico. The outdoor dining area seating two will be perfect for meals alfresco. Escaping from the sun? Then make your way over to the shared outdoor pool and kid pool for a refreshing splash.



The beach is a short walk away - don't forget to walk down to Pompano Joe's for some coconut shrimp once you arrive! Enjoy shopping for designer goods at Silver Sands Premium Outlets, less than a mile from this condo. Henderson Beach State Park features clear waters with plenty of wildlife to observe (and fish to catch) just over six miles from the condo. Gator Beach, just under six miles from the condo, hosts free shows and family-friendly exhibitions featuring one of Florida's most famous animals - including a rare albino alligator!

Great Location

Overall we loved our stay here however the rug and furniture could use a good cleaning. But would definitely stay here again.

The property was perfect! Great location, beautiful gulf view. Clean and had enough towels and bath cloths. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need.

The unit is a bit out of date and the blinds in the bedroom let the outdoor passageway light in. The building lights are left on all night. Blinds that cover the bedroom windows better and blackout blinds would probably be better. Great location!

Only downer is it is small and you must buy another set of chairs to reserve your beach chairs each day without going down to the beach every morning.

Perfect Getaway!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean and just as listed. We loved the complimentary beach chairs and that all we had to do was walk right down and we were on the beach! The kitchen was stocked well with cookies supplies, bed was comfortable, and plenty of towels provided. We also loved that the beach wasn’t super crowded since we had our own private access. Overall we were very pleased and would stay here again!

Bliss on the Beach

Lovely clean and updated condo! Light and bright and of course the view was magical. The beach was great- far enough from the party scene of Destin, but close enough to fun walkable places like the Surf Hut and other beach bars/restaurants. The complimentary chair rentals were a huge plus. Overall a great location and stay in the Destin area! Thank you!

The condo was clean and comfortable. The only issues we had were that the bedroom could use curtains to block out light and the bed definitely needs new sheets that fit the mattress. I would stay there again.

The condo was awesome but the property manager in the downs stairs office couldn't be bothered with answering my questions or even acknowledging that I was there. Very annoying.

Needs major attention. Greeted with an interesting odor at check-in. Husband found a dead fish on bathroom floor, yes a dead fish. There is black mold in bathroom above shower. The blinds were broken and shoved behind the couch and didn’t close all the way. The dishwasher didn’t drain. The furniture was so gross looking we put a sheet over it. Will definitely not be staying here and don’t recommend.

Perfect View!

First, the view and location can't be beat. 2nd floor right on the beach. The condo is very nicely appointed. It could really use a good paint job. Floor plan is a little odd but works. Bed is super comfy and I'm a big guy. Bring your own fave sautee pan. Entry code didn't work but they changed it while I was standing there. Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay and we will be back.

Great location, steps from the beach

Pros: Excellent location, clean, well decorated, well stocked kitchen and bath, comfortable bed. Cons: Insufficient hot water supply for baths and showers. Lock/handle was broken on door to balcony. Called for repair but no response. My husband found a way for us to get in and out.

Gulf front and clean

The bed slept well but there is a light outside the window that you cant block. The blinds were broken so you had no privacy in the living area. The towels were like sand paper and the fabric on the recliner was terrible and they need replacing. It was gulf front and clean so that part was great.

Beautiful view

It was very nice, the kitchen was updated and had newer appliances and beautiful counters which was great. Very comfortable bed and furnishings and bathroom was updated. I will say the bathtub faucet was very loose and was put on with some type of wooden block, had to be careful so it wouldn’t fall off. The living room area was nice but furniture needed to be replaced. The view was SPECTACULAR!!! Wow, you couldn’t have a better view and beach gate was right below us, right on the beach. Beach service was a huge plus. If you pay for beach service yourself it’s at least $30 a day. We gave this a 5 star rating because overall it truly was. Very happy with our stay!

Great location, nice condo, construction noise was terrible!

This is a nice condo, the location on Miramar Beach is beautiful. Unfortunately, the construction really put a damper on our stay. We woke up around 07:30 every morning to air hammers removing mortar outside our window. (Yes, the listing stated construction, but I had no idea it would that bad.) We didn’t spend anytime in the condo during the day due to the noise. After a long drive, and wanting to unwind, I ended up with a cold shower, and twice after that. Lots of messaging back and forth, and no real resolution or compensation. Our VRBO messages went without a response for several days, or there was no response at all. My last VRBO/Vacasa booking for sure.

Review

The condo was nicely decorated however the kitchen had no supplies including hot mits, salt/pepper, coffee filters. The couch was broken and sagged in the middle, the 2 chairs were filthy. The bathrooms shower and water faucet leaked and you could not turn off the shower when the faucet was turned on. The toilet paper holder was broken and there seemed to be water leaks showing on the ceiling. The construction - it was noisy and dirty and dusty. They started before 8 am and went til about 5 every day. There were nails in the parking lot that looked like they were just thrown there. The beach gate was broken so anyone could get in that was not staying at the condo. Overall I will not be booking at this spot again. Was not a restful or enjoyable stay.

While the kitchen is stocked with all the cookware and utensils needed to prepare meals, food and other pantry items like coffee and tea are not typically stocked in the home. We encourage guests to plan ahead if they anticipate needing additional items during their stay. I am so sorry to hear about all the difficulties you experienced during your stay. It must have been incredibly frustrating to have so many things not working properly or inaccessible. It's disappointing that you were not able to fully enjoy the amenities that were advertised and that you encountered so many inconveniences. I can understand how all of these issues would have put a damper on your trip. Our local operations manager confirmed that the toilet paper holder has been repaired. Your experience is certainly not what we want for our guests, and I apologize for the inconvenience you faced.
